Yeah that's bad. Most GSs are getting in ONLY pre-orders so if they do get ahold of any, it probably isn't even theirs :/

They do the same thing (but worse) with Skylanders figures. They're $9.99 everywhere else, but $11.99 at TRU.
TRU marks a lot of their stuff up.
Yup, they had 500 for order yesterday, and it was confirmed they would have half that for today.

Picked up Little Mac today at Target. I was there last night, and it was on the shelf, but when the clerk scanned it, it said it was not available for purchase until 12/12. Thankfully, it was still there this morning.
Just ordered Lucario and Zelda from TRU with their B1G1 40% off.
So I have.. Link, Marth, and Little Mac now. Lucario, Zelda, Shulk, Ike, Mega Man, and Meta Knight are all pending orders.

Seems like people are going crazy for Amiibos. I asked for Mario for our Xmas gift exchange, I hope my uncle doesn't kill me for having to hunt one down.
While at target yesterday there were plenty of Marios, Kirbys, and Pikachus.

Some Jerk went to store in the awful torrential rain at 8am, drenched the floor in water and bought all 7 Little Macs they had.
That jerk was me!
I also suck at taking pictures, but my socks and shoes are wet so I don´t want to get up.
My friends gave me money for 4 of them, one extra is for me and I´m hoping I can trade one of them for a Marth or some other rare figure in the future, Im also selling one of them at my store, I also got them at buy 1 get 40% off free!

In case some didn't see my post earlier and others that went to TRU. It seems they are getting a lot of Zelda and 4 each of Diddy and Mac. So you might want to go now! Ha I showed a pic from GAF so they went into back and grabbed them. 1 box each if Diddy and Mac. I find that surprising because TRU has the largest display of Amiibos in my area.
Kids are going to be so disappointed after Christmas trying to buy the Amiibo they want with the money they got for Christmas. The only ones they'll be able to buy are Mario, Link or Pikachu pretty much.
Nintendo is doing such an awful job right now. I would really like to see a petition to force them to restock the rare Amiibo as fast as possible.

Just got back from TRU in Salt Lake City (Sugar House store). I picked up Zelda, Diddy Kong, and a pair of Little Macs (needed a 4th for the 40% off promo). Canceled my Amazon orders right after.
Another guy cleaned out the remaining Little Macs and possibly Diddy Kongs. An employee had a cart to restock though, so they might have a supply left.

as soon as they release that as a costume DLC for Smash, it'll be made.
Went to my local TRU (Savannah, GA), and they had the usual wave 1 casuals, as well as Zelda and Little Mac. Plenty of Little Mac, only about 5 Zelda. I asked the employee working in the gaming department if any other ones came in, and he blankly asked me what amiibos were. He must be seasonal. I had my 2 year old with me, so I didn't want to push it further, and paid for Zelda/Little Mac and left.
I plan on going to TRU tomorrow on my lunch break to see if I can find any Diddy Kongs, Captain Falcons etc.
I work at a Best Buy, but our wave 1 Amiibos were handled poorly. I work in the Connections department and in the past, they have handled preordered stuff (Which I preordered wave 2) pretty poorly. We shall see.

Thank you! I pre-ordered Shulk and Meta Knight yesterday, so now I'm set (for now) and went with 40% on Zelda.
Got my first Amiibos from my wife yesterday, Fox and DK.
Preorder from amazon.co.uk first? I dunno. Depends how much you really want it.
That's what I did. I preordered Shulk + Rosalina. Total was about $52 Canadian with shipping, hopefully we will get news before February.
EDIT: Fucking TRU US site doesn't ship Lucario to Canada. I hope we get it up for preorder soon then.
Hmm I guess I'll do that too. Is the European packaging similar to ours?
