What is the purpose of being an apologist for a fuck up? Because someone held up their end of the bargain and could have won $30k but Capcom's incompetence potentially removed that possibility?

I don't understand anyone trying to downplay this or telling others to stop "bitching" like there is some sort of irrational base for the criticism.

There's some TOs that prefer to do brackets by hands because it's easier to update and then they update the challonge bracket to reflect what happened on the paper. Problem was that they did their hand written brackets wrong. :/

There's also the issue with having to update online only brackets when the online connection is spotty and/or there are dozens and dozens of people all using the wi-fi in a venue and slowing things down.
