All it took was playing with my legit main! GGs guy, I need a lot more diddy experience before I feel comfy fighting him. :)


Alright, everybody who mains Diddy here! I want to add you and fight all of you guys at some point this week! If I ever hope to win anything I need to build up experience against the top tier, and hopefully learn someone besides Falco. :D

Wow great games Cyber. I really need to practice against players like you. All those cancels and short hops and shit I really don't know how you pull them off so well. I g2g but I'll def play you again soon

Edit: Did anyone else know that Trophy Rush has exclusive trophies you can't get anywhere else?

Mostly trophies of items or assists like Star Rod, Killer Eye, or Skull Kid.

Yeah play it at 8.5 for that challenge. Beating it at 7.5 will still help with other challenges/trophies etc.

It took me so goddamn long to beat Classic 9.0 with Marth at all, yet somehow the first successful run (which was completed literally 6 seconds before the timer ran out) was under 12 minutes. Thank fucking god, I'm awful with Marth.

Because it gives that controller priority. Don't touch it if you want to use the GCN controller.

I just cleared classic on 9.0 without losing a single life but the challenge didnt unlock.. Does this challenge allow you to use the heart piece before master fortress?
 
...how do bosses / a metroid appear in Smash Tour? I've played that mode at least ten times now and it's been nabbit, kamek, bullet bill every time. What an awful mode.

Play the medium map. Play with 25-turn games. If someone appears, use/hit them ASAP to allow someone else to appear. Keep fighters on all corners of the board as much as you can. Use modifiers to slow the timer or double the move wheel when available. Don't set traps.

I got the Metroid challenge after about 10 games. The other challenges I had already gotten after 4ish games.
 
I went ahead and played some Kirby for glory today. I must say, I did much better than I thought I wouldn Kirby's very all around here. Dunno if that's just me or what, but I found myself winning a lot more than I expected to.

I've also been using Kirby lately. He's definitely growing on me, possibly into main territory.
 
Yeah, after playing so much Pikachu in For Glory lately, thinking I'll stick with subbing him along with maining Shulk/Link. He feels so nice and mobile, racks damage pretty easily, and while he has low KO power, going for offstage kills is a lot of fun. It's kind of annoying fighting characters that have ridiculous recoveries and are heavy (ROB kept annoying me so much earlier), but I have my other mains that can KO for that. :P I just gotta implement Quick Attack more into my playstyle and not SD so much...

I could main Pikachu if he had killing power.

I love recovering under the stage to the other side. You feel so pro. :3
 
Nice matches. Bowser and DK completely threw me off, never see them in For Glory. Had no idea the DK Punch had super armour haha.
