Nuuvem
http://www.nuuvem.com.br/produto/2557-metal-gear-solid-v-ground-zeroes

You need to buy it through a proxy (Spotflux worked for me, Hola should also work) but it activates without a problem (and without the VPN) on Steam. Costs around 7,50€.
They are currently out of keys though and I'm not sure when they'll restock, but they're saying it'll be today.

If that's too much of a hassle, it's ~10€ at GMG
http://www.greenmangaming.com/s/de/en/pc/games/action/metal-gear-solid-v-ground-zeroes/
with the discount code DECEMB-202014-GREENM, which expires very soon (16:00 UTC)

EDIT: Nope, GMG is OOS as well :/

Buying it straight up before Saturday ends is the cheapest I guess?

GMG has the same price for now.

Why are DualShock 3 controllers still so expensive? I had my PS3 at work today (as it's end of term and our boss basically let us doss around and play games most of the morning) but my second controller is a crummy GAMEware one that needs a USB dongle, and I couldn't get it to work today. I was looking at pukka controllers but they are all still super expensive. What's the deal?

If Sony had any sense they'd put actual work into making the DS4 work perfectly on the PS3 through a firmware update, and sell the DS4 as the standard PlayStation controller.

You have a choice on that including LBP3, Destiny and NBA 2k15 too. One per US PSN account.

EDIT: Turns out to be one per email address. Even easier!

Thanks for the help. I used Spotflux as you mentioned and the transaction on Nuuvem passed without a hitch.

El Corte Inglés in Portugal are, once again, running a promotion where they give you back, in store credit, 50% of every CONSOLE/Game/Toy purchase.

This promotion is available ONLY TODAY. But before you rush to the stores, there are some caveats:

  • You MUST use the store credit on a purchase of equal value (or higher). And you only have from tomorrow until Dec 24 to use it.
  • The range of products you can buy with that store credit is pretty much limited to toys (LEGO included) and clothing (Edit: Books too, I guess). The store credit can't be (re)used on games/consoles.
If you still have some Christmas shopping to do, it may be worth it. Buy games or a console and then use your store credit to get some toys as a gift for the kids, for example.

Unity must be bombing, Black Flag stayed £40 (roughly) on PS4/XB1 until only recently.
Don't know about that. The Skull Edition was £44 in march everywhere on XOne and PS4.
Shopto dropped the normal edition below £40 in Feb too

OMG!! This is probably the best Budle I've seen in Europe!!

Italian Media World doing it, don't know if they ship.

edit: Old News apparently, but it's a new Page sooo

I would wait for Far Cry 4 to go down at retail. It seems likely it will be £25 within the next few weeks.

Seems unlikely to me. It's not bugged to hell. It has good reviews. The DLC is going to give it longer legs. There's an old-gen version for people looking for a cheaper option.

I reckon this'll hold around £40 on PS4 for a decent while.

Thi4f bomba on today's GAME PC Download advent calendar deal, if anyone's interested. (£4)

EDIT: changed to indicate that it's PC, I forget that not everyone buys multiplatform games on PC :3

any rumours of a sale of digital content on amazon.com?

Was the game guy fired from amazon or what? The amount of digital games deals from amazon lately has been very disappointing if nearly existent at all.
