I got Pit! Had to drive to Grand Prairie, TX which is about 35 minutes from my work but conquest!

My recommendation is go to the gamestop website and keep calling every single site that has them in low stock. 95 percent will already have them on hold but you may get lucky.
 
What the fuck, no Pit, Captain Falcon on Luigi here in Canada. Called everywhere. Will run around myself after work.

Seems like most places in the USA are getting them but nothing here in Canada...

What is name of the stores so I can get some idea which stores would get Pit Amiibo shipment early.
 
Just called my local Target and they have Captain Falcon! Sent my wife to go and grab one for me.

I already have him preordered from Best Buy... Maybe I'll keep that open and if they don't screw up and he comes in, I'll have an extra to help a GAF'er out.

Must be only that area in the US.
Nothing here within 100 miles of me in Northern New York.
 
I don't know if I believe this. I called Best Buy regarding in store pick up for Little Mac because it says I can pick it up now but I got a call yesterday saying they didn't have any and didn't know when they'd have it in stock. So I just got off the phone and they said they said only one Little Mac arrived and was already put on hold for someone that had pre-ordered before me and that the emails for in store pick up are automatically sent when Best Buy gets the items in.
 
Picked up Little Mac from the US Amazon store (tax free and free shipping to the UK, yay for being in the military!), but hopefully it won't be cancelled. I want to get Captain Falcon but I'm willing to wait till I get back in stock.

I was told we're not getting them until after Christmas in Canada.

Gonna be sooooo much fun trying to hunt these Amiibo during Boxing Day. It's pretty much dead for us if we want to grab Pit/Falcon.. even Luigi might be really hard to get.

I'm so pissed.

... They better be cancelling pre-orders like toys r us instead. Letting the number of scalper orders happen is not cool. I was going to import it from Japan come January 22nd if I couldn't get an order in at target when they hopefully restock so if they think I'll stick around for February 1st, they got another thing coming

My Diddy amiibo has been delayed (UK).

I was just listening to my cousin mess around with my amiibos, apparently Falcon is called "The Warrior" and Samus is "x-zoo-max".
 
I preordered captain falcon (along with others) on best buy long ago, and a while ago they delayed captain falcon to december 30. I wonder if that's basically a cancellation. didn't think about it much at the time.

random thought: about a week ago I preordered whatever wave 3's I could on amazon -- so I had mega man, bowser, sheik, and toon link. today I noticed mega man is out of stock.

I think bowser will probably never be rare (though anything's possible at this point) but I do have a strong feeling about sheik. it's still open for preorder, but I just have a feeling this one could be rare/desirable later -- it's not a "main" nintendo character + is a top tier smash character -- so I preordered a second on that hunch.

Did you get home delivery or store delivery? I did the same for home delivery and am still somewhat optimistic. Haven't heard anything yet, anyway.

By what must be satanic power, I wound up with the last Captain Falcon at the Woodstock, GA Target. If the guy behind me was a GAFfer, I feel your pain, but I regret nothing.
