also thinking about it (and I haven't rewatched the other books recently) but is Varrick the most consistently well written character?? He was definitely the standout in Book 4 in terms of me enjoying his screen time so maybe that's blinding me.

lol did anyone step back and realize that, Asami is actually going to have a life of suffering? That her ending up with Korra is actually not a great thing? Korra is a hot head, and isn't the best person to be in a relationship with lmao.

I mean, she calmed down a bit during Book 3-4. But she seems to be the kind of person that repeats her mistakes over and over. I can only imagine the fights Korra and Asami will get into. Poor Asami. Even after all the shit they piled on her, they just can't let her be happy.

Yeah he gets his bending taken away by Amon. The last we see of him he's in the police station giving his testimony and Korra sympathizes with him.

They showed a shot of him in the restaurant and he's playing the trombone at Varricks wedding as well in the finale.

The majority of people loved the finale. It's just those that weren't happy with the writing and plot of the show, were more upset. I would say that def is not not the norm. Personally, my view is that the finale was great as a 44 min episode. But was a terrible ending for the show. Just my opinion.

And no, you don't need an Avatar Avatar. We had a bet thing going at the beginning of the season, and losers are having to change their avatars.

Not from the ending, but if we are saying the romance is cannon, then scenes like this def are romantic IMO. Especially with Korra blushing in this scene. Just me though. Either way, the ending is very dark lighting wise, and doesn't have enough shots of them together in the same frame (oddly enough). So this is all I could get. I went back through the episode, and any moments with Korra and Asami had weird angles where both weren't in frame (usually side to side, with one off screen, or the other at an odd angle). Then the scene where they go into the portal is very poorly lit, and then the actual scene where they go into the portal together has the glowing background. So it's impossible to get a transparent background.

But yeah, best I could do.

Yeah I'm actually surprised how well these came out. They look sharp, and they look in frame. I sometimes think it's hard making avatar when it's two people in it, since the aspect ratio makes it hard to have big images (they end up being zoomed out to fit it in).

But these came out great. I still think your hand holding avatar was really pretty though. I sent the user a PM linking to mine and yours. So hopefully he likes one of them.
