I don't really mean indie with third party. I would've thought those choosing the option also didn't think of a new indie title, since there's always stuff being announced in that respect. Drawn to Death does have Sony involvement too, although I don't know how involved San Diego or whoever are exactly. You're right in the technical sense I guess, but I'd say it doesn't count since I find we all make that distinction anyway.
