Oh shit, looks like the zombies in this game have figured out how to get through doors, I just left one room out into the hall and I can see that the zombie on the other side is hauling on the door and trying to push it open.

The door crashing zombies are somewhat scripted, if you walk by some doors coming from a specific direction or if you don't kill the zombies in certain rooms they will burst through the doors if you walk by them later, but it's not like they're actually following you from room to room, all of these are predefined events.

Hope so, too. Never really played RE2. It wasn't available in my country and got indexed as I was kid, so I "only" got RE1. Now after all those years I've already bought RE2 at the PSN store but was hoping for Remake like the first one got so I still haven't played, yet.

Because we are collecters and we have a physical library of games, we want to add this masterpiece to it ( I also own every RE game as a physical copy this will complete my collection).

Plus I always delete my digital games from my consoles after I finish them, so having this as physical copy is a lot easier for me for replying instead of re-download the 15 GB ( my internet speed sucks ).

And I will replay this A LOT becauze it's on my top 5 games of all time.

It was rendered at that resolution for promotional art, also specifically for the box art in the Japanese version on the Gamecube.
If the rest of the game was rendered at that resolution, you can bet they would've used it in the HD remaster; most of the HD Remaster was upscaled or in some areas, completely remade.

Yeah, actually the best RE2 version is still the Dreamcast version. We really need a remake of RE2 and 3.

Physical is PS3 Japan only release. The Xbox 360, Xbox One and PS4 versions aren't getting a physical release.

RGB set to full on my PS3, it looks good on the screen, idk man. I did turn brightness up one notch in the game settings.

Something in the color set up is inappropriate because the darkest black on the image is 16,16,16, and the whitest white is 240,240,240 which is the limited range. Might be your capture card set to limited? But it could potentially look a lot nicer for you.

I haven't seen any options in LGP capture card to switch between limited and full, i just assumed it picks up the signal and its automatic. idk.

This image is a direct capture with PS3 settings on RGB full, and super white and color correction on auto.(abit compressed, since minus.com wont seem to display image over 2mb anymore)

The other images i posted earlier were taken from video i captured and then imported into sony vegas, and rendered images from the recorded vid, Plus the ingame brightness was increased one notch, unlike the screens with Jill in them.
