Had the combo of this and maintenance. Once people said it was up I rebooted my Vita. Just kept trying to sign in. After like 15 attempts it made me change my password and then let me in. Pretty weird but hey it worked. Minecraft is currently downloading at a good speed considering. Looks like about a 20 minute DL.
