If you're using the web store, check your e-mail to make sure. It froze on the confirming payment screen for me, but I received e-mail confirmation that the transaction had gone through. When I reloaded the store, the games I purchased were listed as having been purchased.

As long as you got the email you're good to go.

If they don't charge you, you're double as lucky.

Had something happen like this before with sony a few years back during a maintenance.

Hell, you can even call them, get your game, and receive compensation if you can work CS good enough.
