Can I just watch the video recaps or are the podcasts significantly better? Not sure I have the time to ingest each one...

If what you're interested in is just the results I wouldn't even bother with the videos. The video recaps actually have very little to do with the results if the first video is any indication. It's mostly sketches and a QL with the results sprinkled in in between. I'm sure you could get someone here to list all of the winners/nominees.
