I actually spent most of my day with my GF watching Studio Ghibli films lol. But yeah, I was spending some time today working on some music. But "hard work" = just spending some time playing Piano and writing down stuff. :P I don't go back into the studio until next week. So just messing around until then.

Been spending most of my time now talking to Kitchenmotors on skype. lol these convos >>>

If it's as bad as you say, you'll just be more motivated to take a better picture! All pictures look weird when reduced 100x120 regardless.

Still haven't found anything I like to put on Skullface's track, but after I coped with the following: that I needed a new driver for my interface; that I hate Audacity; that both a dobro and 100W guitar amp interferes with my partner's sleep (pfft)— I found a nice laid back guitar sound that I liked, so I made a 2:20 backing track with it (just a simple I V vi IV). Here is the README, an .aif mix down of the guitar and drums, the Garageband file, and an mp3 of me incoherently fucking around with my Tele on top of it.

If you can't nail the perfect selfie then go for something slightly goofy, hence my giant goofy glasses.

Also, I know right? I haven't experienced the woes of Internet downtime since moving to this house 5 years ago. I don't even know what to do.

I actually took a picture of myself a few minutes ago but I can't bring myself to post it.

I just really don't like the idea of my picture being on the internet.

Also my phone's camera isn't that great and the picture quality is horrible.

And I look awful. :(

So it's better this way really.

Not sure how it works color wise. But eh. You don't have to use this BTW. I actually think the one you have now looks amazing. I like the close up, because you see more detail on the makeup.

Both look pretty similar. ANYWAYS, prob just a waste of time. I was just messing around having fun.

EDIT: Either way, awesome picture/avatar Fiction. Love the facepaint. Looks sooooo cool.

Incoherent in that there were good ideas but as a melody line it needs more composing. I think I do OK on guitar.

Dirty secret:
The drums are played by the AI. I just told it when it ramp it up when it didn't figure it out on its own.

Anyway, it's 3am, so I am off to bed! Send me a PM if I don't respond to a post, based on past years this thread will move very quickly.

Will spend most of the day on weekend house, they cleared enough snow to go up with SUV and we need to heat the house up :P

lol and you said you were ugly. Please. You look more than fine. And yeah, I'm not going to lie. If I thought you were ugly, I wouldn't say jack shit. I just wouldn't comment. I really do think you are being way overly harsh on yourself. Far from a "cave troll" or "ugly".

I do get that, people have their own perception of themselves. I respect that. I know how that it is. To perceive yourself. But I'm just being honest as one human being to another (as someone outside, who has free will, and has my own perception). I have my own perception too, and I don't see what you see. What I see is totally fine and far from ugly. You look good.

Since I can't make a thread. Holy shit this show is good. Watched the first couple episodes tonight, planning on watching much more tomorrow.

Also Warriors crushed it tonight with my boy DRAYMOND getting a triple double.

It got a lot of love on GAF when it was out. Very active thread. And yeah, the first episode is amazing. That ending is stellar (dat cut to credits music. What a punch!)
