Right now I'm in Western MA so it's pretty thick.
Yessssssss. I'm actually full time on 4 but I have like every expansion for 3. It's hard going back though but I might have to since the jobs are just lacking in 4 as well as babies and etc.
Welp, good luck with this. Rent is high, but with the right roommates, you can make something happen. However the expenses do not stop there.. Metro, Food, entertainment... It's the land of expensive, but the lifestyle is worth it imo.

My favorite part of the Sims is building houses and furnishing them so I live off fan made content. It's so sad to open up buy mode in Sims 4 and see so little variation.
I didn't know what to expect, despite the explicit description. I guess I didn't believe it until I clicked. My curiosity will be the end of me one day.

Yup, I try to get the most modern looking house ever and no one seems to have something amazing. I did end up getting one small house but it's still not exactly what I wanted. My house in Sims 3, my sister made for me and it's a modern masterpiece. The new Sims still doesn't have all the parts or space needed to pull off something of that mass. Don't get me started on the load screen traveling as well, that just breaks immersion. I still like the fluidity of 4 though. 3 always runs jerky on my PC especially with all the expansions so it's cool to not have to deal with that on 4 but the content is so.... Empty
