I don't know if this ever applied elsewhere, but in Liga MX some 10 years ago there was a rule that said you could dispossess the keeper on situations like that, provided his hand was fully open with his palm facing up and you used your head to do it, not your feet or anything else.

We (Pumas) did it twice during a match and both times it resulted in a goal. This was soon after the rule was put into place iirc. Both those times the ref called a foul and invalidated the goal tho, even after it was thoroughly explained to him it was allowed. I don't remember exactly what happened after that, but I think they gave up on that rule pretty quickly, lol.

Apparently refs were too stupid to make calls like that or something.
