There's a happy medium for make up. Far too many girls, particularly at school, go waaaay overboard. The best application of make up is the "so-subtle-you-can't-even-tell" make up.

I save up money and generally try to go somewhere once a year. It isn't that bad to be honest financially. If I would have more money, I would go around way more.

I agree. I dated one girl that wore so much makeup all the time that I had to wash my shirts any time she rested her head on my shoulder, even on days we just stayed in. It bothered me because she didnt need makeup to look good.

Yeah. Typically the only difference between natural and not-so-natural is a heavier application of eyeliner and different colored eyeshadow and lipstick. In my tiny picture to the left there, I'm wearing six different products on my skin, mascara, eyeliner, five different shades of eyeshadow, a subtle shade of pink lipstick, and I've filled in my brows. And that's amateur hour But I also think I look fine without it.

It takes a lot of practice to not look like a clown. I work with a woman who can't seem to figure out eyeliner. Every day she comes in with thick black (uneven) lines all the way around her eyes. Combine that with her very fine, blonde eyelashes and eyebrows, and she looks like a dead person. There is definitely a technique to it.
