She's constantly down on her looks, and I've tried, many people have tried to tell her she's pretty (in fact, she's prettier than I am by far, so it's kinda insulting me for her to say she's ugly) but it won't change anything.

Beans and different types of vegetables. Meat is optional but preferred to be added in. Some other type of herb is added and sometimes chili is added as well. Mix it with rice and it is one of the best dishes I've ever had. Salad and a drink is optional.

The tastes may vary. Some are more sour than others but it takes a long time for it to be cooked. Awesome Persian dish.
