So how do you know if we're real pic'in or not? Or worst, how do YOU know you're real pic'in?

Faith my friend. I have faith in the almighty RP in the sky that you and me and everyone else is real pic'in and not just brains in a vat somewhere. *rubs his real pic'in beads and says the real pic'in prayer*

I think we are to infer she thinks we're all hideous and would prefer not to see our real pics.. especially in January.

That isn't it at all.
Maybe

But really, I turned it off because of all the off putting anime avatars. Sorry anime fans. :( Although I need to update my avatar anyways. I haven't changed it in two years.

I can imagine it pretty well in my head. I, in fact, can't see any of you right now.

*turns on Avatars*

Oh god.

And here I was hoping to pass myself off as a brain in a jar to you.

I keep them off because it cleans up the discussion and helps me remember people and because people coming into my office don't need to see CHEEZMOs avi. The only time I have them on is for RPJ because it's in the spirit of the month and really does help personalize people.

I know the truth now Daveo42. Or should I say BEARD+GLASSES GUY

At the parents this weekend, stuff to do for the trip to Lucian/Australia, clothes to wash and some much needed relaxing :P

My beauty is pretty shocking.

How the fuck do you tie your hair in a ponytail? My hair is long enough and I thought it would be easy but holy fuck I've gone through all my rubber bands.

Don't use rubber bands. That sounds painful.

You won't be surprised, but I am absolutely terrible at tying my hair in a ponytail so I have no other tips to offer.

Don't use rubber bands is great advice.

Put band on your wrist. Grab hair with the banded wrist hand, grab band and pull over and around hair, twist band, grab hair with your previously banded wrist hand through the new twisted band and pull through again, repeat until tight enough.

True, it's nice to give a face to a post. Aw what the heck, I'll change it.

It is 9 PM and I am going to bed. Saturday morning shift sucks and I need to be there half hour earlier tomorrow :|

:(

I find it pretty difficult to do higher ponytails. They come out all ugly and wrong and not tight enough.
Sometimes the hair is still simply not long enough and you may need to use a mirror and a comb.

At least your hair doesn't look curly. Mine's extremely curly below my outer hair. So it always makes a high ponytail look bad even if my hair is overall combed well and sits thight.

I love my curly hair but it can be a mission to maintain since it's really really curly. If it wasn't for all the compliments I get on it daily, I would straighten it.

Decided to update my avatar. The old one was like 2 or 3 years old; the new one is from literally a few moments ago (yeah, I'm still stuck in the office xD)

Also, my hair didn't wanted to cooperate with me :( oh well

25 more minutes to go until freedom!

I have the same problem as well. Trying to do a man bun cause the same issues.
I like the idea of buns but... yeah.

It's really not that hard.

I don't think I'll ever be able to do something like this. It's okay though, my sister loves doing my hair so I just ask her.

I used to have pretty long hair, but yeah, it was always just too complicated for me and easier to just get my sister to do it. :P And really? I wouldn't have imagined that a high pony tail would look bad with curly hair. That sucks. :(

I never had long hair before so this is all new to me. I'm growing it out because I want to donate my hair.

I did manage to pull some sort of pony tail before I gave up. I just couldnt get it tight enough to prevent my hair from poofing.

When I had long hair I would just get other people to braid it out of both laziness and a self-serving like of people messing with my hair. I did, however, learn how to knot my hair up in a ponytail just in case I needed too. But mostly I carried around no-stick bands.

Curly hair is so pretty. :3

My mum has always made me chemically straighten my hair when I was young since she hates curly hair. It's just a bit wavy though. I wish it was curlier. One day I want to get a perm.

It's not the curls (they arent even proper curls), it's more like I have two kinds of hair, on the surface of my head a fuzzy curly mess (see on the left) and a more wavy, regular kind of hair (like on the right).

So while my ponytail looks smooth and perfect there are tons of hair sticking in all directions from my head. It simply doesn't harmonize.

Up to a point my hair is straight as a nail but when it gets down past the nape of my neck is gets more and more wavy until it's a slight, but not tight curl at the small of my back.

It was infuriating to actually manage most of the time but people seemed to like it. Then I got a real job and had to hack it all off. :(

I always thought about getting a ponytail. And growing a goatee to go with it.

That would be rad.

I believe in you! You can do it!

FK just told me that she'd show you how to tie your hair up on cast next week if you're still wondering by then.
