The US has thousands of hackers like you know the NSA. But we don't actually release any hacking info for attention whoring like North Korea and ISIS does.
This was apparently done before Obama was slated to give a speech on cyber security. A statement is being made.

The Syrian army, hezbollah, Iraqi army, peshmerga, PKK, Shia militia are not civilians.

God dammit. I can't even hack into my own account on Twitter. I upgraded to an iphone 6, but apparently Twitter's telling me they sent a verification code to my old phone. The Twitter site also crashes saying "Something is Technically Wrong" every time I ask it to send me an email. I've sent two support queries but they've yet to respond 4 months later.
There was another poster that used to be, as well. He/she was banned at some point a few months ago. Can't remember the name.
