DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT buy there.

They are selling imports from Australia. Bayonetta may not be an import, but you never know. Their "customer service" ignores you as soon as they got your money. And this "customer service" weasels around in case you ask if they are selling imports.
Thanks for the heads-up - I wasn't personally planning to buy from them but I'm sure that others will appreciate your warning.

This is a great price and I really would not hang around waiting.

Like with most Wii U games, there will be a limited print run, and I can see this game holding it's value for some time. Like with Wind Waker HD and Pikmin, in 6-12 months, these could sell for a fair amount in the second hand market.
See above if you've not already.

Tesco Direct are selling CoD: Advanced Warfare for £25, both PS4 and Xbox One versions.

Ditto for their groceries site and, apparently, in store.

What's so bad about selling imports? The customer service thing sounds bad, but if they can sell you something cheaply, who gives a shit if it's imported? It's the same game from the same PAL region.

- Club Nintendo code doesn't work, which means you lose on Club Nintendo physical items. Bayonetta 1&2 is 500 stars in total.
- Imports from Australia have shitty cases
- gets you less on ebay in case you want to sell it, amazon won't accept it as tradein and so on
- some games got multilingual manuals included. Which is of course not the case for Australian imports.

That's the reason why they are a bit cheaper. Because it's not an actual European release. It is worth less.

Try to sell an import on ebay without mentioning it (and without photo - or even worse showing a photo of an non-import). Ebay will side with the buyer in case the buyer complains.

And the problem isn't that they are selling imports. The problem is that they do not mention, which ones are imports. If they would mention that information, it would be fine with me. "Hey we are selling imports of the Wonderful 101 - 29pounds" - fine. coolshop does this. "Watch Dogs (Nordic version)", that's fine. Amazon.fr selling German + UK imports? Also fine. Because they mention that. They even mention that right in the description.

But instead 365games.co.uk is going: "Hey, we are selling Wonderful 101 - 29pounds" (and it's a UK site, which means a customer expects a UK version), but nope - oops it's an import, but we will ignore your complains. And we even weasel around in case you ask us via e-mail. We won't tell you even then, that we are selling imports.

Maybe threaten to pursue further action against them on account of them selling games that aren't covered by the UK age rating system, or covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Maybe they'd stop ignoring e-mails then.

Yes, I could have done this. Originally I tried to get Nintendo to give me a European Club Nintendo code, but I failed after several weeks of trying. Ninty did so quite a few times, for 3rd party games, where the code was actually missing.

I'm pretty sure that 365games.co.uk would ignore any threat for legal action. They would surely give up on actual legal action, but they know that doing such a thing costs quite a bit of money, so 99.9% of all customers won't do it and that's why their plan succeeds. Sadly Nintendo also doesn't seem to care.

I'm complaining about them, when I get the chance to do so. So that more customers know what 365games.co.uk are doing, so that potential customers think twice before ordering. Hopefully that will cost them quite a bit.

Looking for a cheap offer on Dragon Age Inquisition on PS4.
Brother's birthday is coming up in a few weeks, and for him I need a German version, or the confirmation that German text is included - any way to tell the languages included, or is there a German only version? Also appreciating general hints on where to look or on upcoming sales in Germany or online, I have a few weeks time still. If that helps I gifted him PS+ for Christmas, in case it's cheapest through there?

Any of you guys ever tried any Afterglow accessories? I saw a pack with a Wii Remote Plus and Nunchuk for a pretty darn good price and was curious if anyone tried them. I normally stay away from third-party accessories but right now I only need Wii Remotes so I can use my controllers (whenever they get here). I've read some good things about their products anyway which is why I'm willing to go with them, just wanted to see if anyone here has any thoughts too.

Just to add, I recieved a re-sealed game from them as well. However they did reply to my e-mail when I contacted them - I sold the game to cex for how much I bought it so didn't persue it any further since I couldn't be bothered to send it back.

20% off insert coin orders using code 20YEARSOFPLAY. Valid until March 31st. One per customer, no stacking.
Ta. Also worth noting they have 3 for 2 on t-shirts which does stack, so you can get 3 for just over £14 inc postage with this.

Also very tempted by that Megadrive bag but I would never use it...

Heh, until I got a work laptop I had to lug around everywhere, I used mine every day for work at a minimum. It's surprisingly spacious.

While I don't have the jackets, I have quite a lot of their t-shirts and their Large is pretty standard as to what I wear anywhere else. Just remember that they are fashionable fit, so if you want a baggy shirt, go a size higher.

I guess the Club Nintendo thing would be a problem for people in UK, I don't factor stuff like that in my decision making because Nintendo sucks in continental Europe when it comes to Club Nintendo. Most of that that other stuff is a non-issue for me as well. I'm just not too fussy about stuff like that. I care about games and if I can get a game that works on my console for teh cheap, that's good enough for me. Usually when I sell games, I just care about getting rid of them, not that I get the absolute best price for them. If I've gotten something cheaper, then it doesn't really matter if I get less for selling it.

But I'm fairly used to having to import games from Japan, US, UK & elsewhere so stuff like that doesn't really matter to me.

That said, yeah, they SHOULD mark their imports. I just personally don't see the horrible thing of getting an import of Bayonetta. I'd perhaps point it out, but I wouldn't necessarily advice people against buying the import, especially if it's somewhat noticeably cheaper (and in stock).

So wait, you get Club Nintendo codes and you throw them away? You could for example sell them on ebay and get a few bucks for it, which would make those games cheaper for you. Smash Bros Wii U / 3DS codes went for around 10-15EUR or even more because of the "free" Club Nintendo soundtrack. The 3DS one went for more than that (20 EUR most of the time, yeah it's insane) because of the additional "free" 3DS game campaign.

And you can participate without major problems in those digital campaigns. For example the "free" Wii U & 3DS game campaigns send you a download code, which you can redeem even using an account from a different country (yours).

Most of that that other stuff is a non-issue for me as well.

And that's fine. It's your conscious decision. Other people may expect a UK version though.
Still the shop can not be considered trustworthy and that's another problem. What they are doing is simply shady. They do not want people to know, that they are selling imports. For some imports their prices are actually pretty expensive.

But I'm fairly used to having to import games from Japan, US, UK & elsewhere so stuff like that doesn't really matter to me.

I do import quite a bit as well. But I only do so when another edition is way better than the one we are getting (and in such case you will get more money on ebay in case you want to sell it). This is also a conscious decision of mine. And that makes it different.

They've got some nice designs, but I wish they had a better range of sizes. Buying stuff online is so hard because you can never tell if it will fit. I like the Lakeview Hotel Silent Hill 2 t-shirt, and I'm looking at a couple of others to bump the numbers up, rather than there really being others in my size that I like.

This seems an odd thing for them to say, given just how many "Buy a 3DS and game, get a free game" promotions Europe has had this gen.

Where/when did they say this? Do you have a link?

http://nintendonews.com/2014/09/club-nintendo-japan-member-ranks-terminating/

It was only announced officially for Japan, but the fact that the New 3DS doesn't register in Australia and Europe is a pretty big hint that they're following suit.

Can confirm that it's this price instore, just picked up the PS4 version. Hilariously my local Tesco sell so few games that I managed to get a 'Day Zero' edition. They were very confused by why it was different to the picture on the dummy box :)

Wikipad including the game pad attachment, are only £64 at ebuyer including next day free delivery.

£249 in other stores.

Picked one up for my "Android" gaming needs... ;o)

Heh, almost bought one from Simpygames when they were £69.99 linked here. The fact it couldn't do Hearthstone pushed me elsewhere though. Can't do without that!

Why not just go with nippon-yasan.com which everyone is recommending for that on every page of this thread :D
The link is for a black controller, which is out of stock on Nippon Yassan. Unfortunately, I've also not found anywhere selling a black controller for as cheap as there.

As a general cheap trick on Xbox One for digital games

You can buy Russian Ruble gift cards, delivered by email, directly from MS' store

http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msru/ru_RU/list/categoryID.68295800

You'll have to make up a billing address, I usually use my country's embassy.

When you receive the codes you only have to redeem them under

https://commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub/PaymentInstrument

but be careful you have to add it to your russian account (it's a dropdown menu on the right)

You can check digital prices across regions on this site

http://www.digitalgamesprices.com/xboxone.php

Bought MCC for €28 and GTAV for €42 that way

Ah, should have known. I might get it from nippon-yassan. Black is just a preference, although it will stick out from all the other electronics in my living room, and I don't mind going for the slower shipping options as long as I actually get it.
They're the place who seem to get recommended everywhere. However, I feel it's my duty to highlight how unbelievably shit their customer service is and to make sure you chargeback as soon as you find something wrong with your order.
They're fine for actually delivering the product, replacement +returns etc they're deceitful.

When I wanted to order one it also said out of stock, I checked back every day (left the page open) and after 2 days it was in stock again.

So if you're a bit patient it should work. Also, the slower shipping options aren't that slow. I took the cheapest one and got it in 8 days (Belgium).

I've been checking for a week and they still haven't got it in stock. I'm in no rush, though.

How does this work exactly? Do you actually get the game, or will it unlock only once the PS+ version is out?

It has nothing to do with the delayed PS+ edition, you get the full game right away, it just means that PS+ members get the game at a discount.

I would have jumped on this if i hadn't just ordered a physical copy over the weekend for the same price.

Yeah it sounds kinda strange, this item was meant as an upgrade to the free PS+ demo thingy, but as it still isn't available to this day, you can just buy the whole game through this item in the shop.

It's still only for PS+ members after all, so it's kinda the same thing, but yeah if you buy it now, you can download and play the whole game! You don't need a PS+ subscription to play it anymore after buying, it'll be yours "forever".

europe GAF please please help me, I've asked already three times in different threads and I've being ignored all times, not even a "we don't know! STFU!" response.

when and where can I preorder the special edition of the Zelda: Majoras Mask 3DS game which includes the steelbook, poster and other goodies in continental Europe?

it was announced in november! has nothing to do with yesterday's announcement and google has been fucking useless.

I need it in Germany but I'd be glad to learn from other amazon stores that are carrying it.
