You should learn how to swim. Biking is less important, but knowing how to swim could actually save your life.
It's also a fantastic, low impact exercise.

Try not to get intimidated by how much you're dieing. Most of the time you can find a spot you're comfortable with and grind some levels if you feel you've hit a wall. There are certain thresholds where having enough stats to throw at something will make it much easier - such as having enough HP to survive a swing from a boss that you previously couldn't withstand.
That being said, stats can only go so far realistically, and reflexes take precedence - but you'll be surprised what you can pull off when given another chance

I think the prom thing is a bit different in here that it is in there. In here it so official and the couples dancing do like touring to senior homes and such. In the evening they have more partying.
But hey, it seems that you manage to do pretty well on proms in general though.

Mmm. Basically.. I'm afraid to get on and just fly off somewhere. Not only that, but once I land into a foreign place, my mind will just go, "Where do I go now?!" Oh god, I don't blame him.
