I just realized Seahawks and Wilson have a chance to beat PeyPey and Brady in back to back Superbowls. Not only would this make him GOAT, but it would kickstart the new era of young QBs!

If only Luck had a defense.

Wilson misses things in the pocket, and a good defense allows him to get away with it in games. Luck does so much more with so much less it is not even funny.

Deflated balls or not, we would've gotten our ass handed to us. I have no idea why there are teams out there who seem to think Pep Hamilton would make for a good coach. I really hope someone hires him in the off season. He's an awful OC and I'm ready for him to go.

So many drops last night in the first half that I feel like could've at least made things more interesting. Also, aside from that Richardson trade...Laron Landry is one of the biggest disappointments in franchise history. Complete waste of talent. Pagano was dumb not to play Sergio Brown the rest of the season even when Landry got healthy...such a better player. How can someone that jacked be such a pussy when it comes to making a tackle? Boggles the mind

Yall do realize that Gata will have more power than all of us if the Patriots win, right?

This is easily the darkest moment in our history. If Tebow still has power in this wretched world, he'll work one more miracle and get the Pats thrown out of the league.

My god, poor Romo.

I did not know how talentless their defense has become.

Edit: Nvm read the chart wrong, but his defense still sucks.

Russell Wilson's ability to scramble for 20-30 yards must be a pain in the ass to scheme around in the age of pocket passers.

I imagine after this miserable passing performance they'll keep it on the ground more.

We'll come out and throw it 20 times in a row because Darrell Bevell.

They were probably referring to this thread during the last three minutes of the game. =)

You went back and watched the game and it made you angry. Offset that by going back and reading the posts in this thread that occurred near the end of the game. It'll make you laugh laugh laugh. My favorite was the so-called "real" Seahawks fan taunting "lifelongs" for suggesting that maybe Seattle still might have a chance. Good times.

Ah, so this is the part where we act like the Hawks had the game under control the entire time and weren't dead in the water until a string of lucky plays went their way?

It's a lot easier to think that when you only started watching last season.

If people wanna give me shit for not "believing" or whatever the fuck it is, go right ahead. I prefer my football with a dash of reality.

The Pats cheated and the Colts dropped a bunch of balls in the first half.

But as I said before the game it was not going to matter because of how horrible the Colts defense was. And they were even worse than they normally are last night. I am obviously wrong, but I feel if they put a jersey on me for the 5 plays I could play before my knee or body broke I would have tackled better than the bums they had on the field. Amazingly bad tackling and a bad joke for the entire AFC that the Colts were there in the championship game.

I'd never give you shit for not believing. That's a fan's right, and I've done it myself a million times. I gave you shit for taking an unwarranted shot at people who still did believe there was hope and insinuating they were less of a fan than you (the 'lifelong' comment) for not posting here as often as you do. That's just wrong.

As for the "easier to think that when you only started watching last season" comment...what? I shouldn't have to remind you about Russell's first game against the Packers.

No, you read it right. He has played with the shittiest defenses since 2010. But Luck has had less than what Romo has had (Romo's offensive line has at least been rebuilt and he has targets). I am fucking amazed, there is no QB asked to do more for his team than Luck.

Well, we got the puke bowl. Cheatin Pete and the Seadderall Seahawks vs. Belicheat and the New England Cheatriots.

Sorry Packers GAF, that was a brutal way to lose a game. I'm still not quite sure what I saw after all these years of watching football.

I kind of want the Pats to win in a crazy fashion just so there can be a Russel Wilson "Where is your God Now?" moment

I seriously think he thinks he is divinely blessed or something. I can't even blame him after that game though.

Those dropped balls were on us. One was Herron making a move before he caught the ball and the other flat out just wasn't caught by him...right off his fingertips. Our run defense was abysmal though...no doubt about it. Still think Pep needs to go. He went away from the run last night and it killed us. Too much pressure to put on Luck to have to throw it so many times.

Well Amendola had a huge game last week and Welker is essentially a walking dead man.

Amendola vs Welker is right there with Lafell vs Sanders, I think both teams came out as winners.

The "walking dead man" had basically double the receiving yards, touchdowns and receptions that Amendola had this year so...I don't really see how it's even a comparison between the two.

Over the Cap predicted the compensatory picks teams will be rewarded. They predict the Patriots to get an additional 3rd round pick for Aqib Talib and a 7th round pick for Dane Fletcher. That'd be really nice. That's also in addition to the 4th they'll receive for Logan Mankins and the 7th for Ryan Mallett. Nice ammunition to add an impact guard, pass rusher, and wide receiver.
And if there is any justice you lose 3 for Ballgate.

Btw the Mallett pick is in 2016
