Promising a ton of stuff and not delivering any of it? How impressive. All of this shit he's been saying for the last week is a bunch of pipe dreams he can't pull off without Congress, and they won't budge on a single thing.

He's just using it as "Look at all the shit Republicans shot down" fodder for 2016 so Hillary can throw it back at them.

God, i am cringing at every word coming off obama's mouth. I finally know how the rest of the world feels, the hypocrisy packed behind everything he is saying is seriously burning a hole through my mind. Its nearly as comical as watching putin speak.

You can invest in more than one thing at a time. Increasing NASA's tiny, tiny budget is not going to prevent other infrastructure improvements, especially when these innovations only come about from mutual investments.

Partly, but the President announcing all off these things makes them a part of the national conversation. These are issues we should be discussing instead of a great many things that media and politicians like to think are important.

I understand that. But just because it's a small amount doesn't mean that small amount couldn't better be used to improve the lives of all Americans.
