The only way I can defend this, at least in the US, is they don't own the toy factories that are producing the amiibo, hence the wonky rollout schedule...at least that's my theory.

Which makes sense, but the least Nintendo can do is give concrete release dates on these things and communicate more.

I've got my preorders sat waiting for Wave 3 (First half was sent today) but I am very worried about Wave 4. Game and ShopTo only have Charizard and Wario still available for Pre-Order but Amazon don't seem to have them up at all yet.

Well, (counting online orders which are en route) I now have all of Wave 2 collected. I'm only missing Villager and Kirby from Wave 1. For Wave 3, I only have Bowser pre-ordered. However, I did win Toon Link from gaf user Brian★ ^_^

As for the rest, well, I was late to the amiibo game and will have to try my luck once they are released.

Yeah, be careful, the thread got banned and we all had to migrate elsewhere... to be honest though, literally every other post was just messing around using them, so just use it when it needs to be and don't be silly, then it'll be fine

Let me throw this down for the morning crew about Gamestop.com In-Store Pick ups

Gamestop got a new computer system recently so GO CHECK ON YOUR IN-STORE PICKUPS

If you checked on it & they said you're ok, you are in fact ok.

If you checked on it and they can not find it here are the steps

#1 Make sure you are at the store you selected obviously

#2 if you are ask them to search by Last Name and Zip Code

#3 ask them to search by phone number.

#4 IF THEY STILL CAN NOT FIND IT PRINT OUT YOUR ORDER AND CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

The reason this seems to happen the most is like me, my Power Up Rewards card says Chris and my online orders say Christopher or

your phone number is ###-#### but on your Walk In orders it has a 1 in front of it separating your Walk In orders from your Gamestop.com In-Store Pickup orders.

Do Do Do go check on them before the dates listed because Silly things can and will happen!

ALSO DO PAY OFF ANY IN STORE PICK UP ORDERS ASAP BECAUSE SOME EMPLOYEES DO NOT TAKE IN-STORE PICKUPS AS SERIOUSLY AS WALK-INS BECAUSE ANYONE CAN ORDER ANYTHING WITH 0 DOWN!

Pretty much spot on there. Ask the employees if they know what time is best for you to come too so you don't have to go at 8am, 10am, 12pm, etc waiting for a shipment to come in. Unless you don't mind camping near the Amiibo sectoon.

Rosalina is worth my time and troubles.

I feel like these past few weeks since completing Wave 2 have been soooo slowwww. My Amiibo cravings would def be satisfied with a Wave 4 preorder. I'm not expecting Nintendo to say anything about dates because they have been wildly horrible with this anyways. Set expectations low and they might make us happy. Might.
