I legitimately keep forgetting that it's January. It's like I'm living in February because every date I'm looking forward to is then haha! Pre-orders, amiibo, and games,

Seriously though, Nintendo has their fangs in me right now. I've all but dropped my other gaming to focus on amiibo hunting and catching up on Wii U games. Next month will be brutal with n3DS release in addition to everything else. Only so much free time in the day.

Got my wave 3 today. Bowser is fantastic, such a hefty weight to him. Toon link is great, Ike is great, Shiek is pretty good.

Congrats! Nintendo is spoiling you all in EU and JPN with early released Wave 3 AND with ACTUAL release dates.
Can anyone help me compile a list of BB release dates for Wave 3? I know Toon Link is Feb 1st, but I can't find my emails for the others.

I was shocked when it turned out that us having it split into 2 waves meant us getting some sooner rather than later. I thought that wave 3 for us would come along with wave 3 for NA but missing the Megaman etc rather than us getting amiibo "brought forward" as opposed to NA.
Not complaining though and I feel the pain of NA, it sucks when things are delayed for your region for seemingly no real reason and released everywhere else.
I was a bit shocked too about the split for wave 3, but at the same time I'm kind happy about. With these large waves all basically coming out at the exact same time I have been spending some major money on Amiibos. At least having a break of a couple of weeks for this wave will give me some time to recover.

If you got an email that said package deemed undeliverable and we will unceremoniously cancel your order no offense but I would save that forever cause that would be the funniest rejection letter to ever get from a company.
But I am sorry for your loss. I got a backup Rosalina to open from Amazon.de and I've heard nothing from them.
Who are they to decide if it's undeliverable?? Does that mean it's damaged? Write back that you don't care if it went through a trash compactor, you want that Rosalina!

Is it really worth looking around for some of the rare wave two? I am still missing Little Mac and Pit. Was wondering how often they show up or if there is even a change of them showing up at all.

Ike, Lucario, Toon Link, Bowser and Sheik all arrived today, with Rosalina on the way from Amazon. Very impressed with Bowser and Toon Link, and even Ike looks pretty good in person (though as with all production figures, not up to the standards of the hand-painted prototype). The only iffy thing I've had so far has been a slightly bent sword on Marth, and even that was fixed with a gentle bit of pressure in the opposite direction.

Would it be better if the exclusives released each week or all on the same day?
I feel the first is better because I could plan a trip to get the exclusive first then my preorders. For example: Meta Knight on the 30th, Rosalina on the 6th, Shulk on the 13th, Lucario on the 20th. This is purely hypothetical mind you so don't flip out.

True, but beside GameStop, I would guess we won't really know who is going where when. It means having to go to multiple places on multiple days hoping they got in the ones you want randomly.
Pit showed up online at GS last night for a little bit. The date of "release" listed was 1/30. Maybe you might want to drop by a gs store sometime around then or just keep monitoring the website its possible he could go back up.

The different dates would theoretically be a problem for me because of my work schedule. I can maybe swing taking one morning to go hunting, but three or four would be an absolute no-go and you're looking at even more than that if the dates are only "estimates".
Of course I managed to pre-order the ones I want so (hopefully) it's moot, but I can't imagine how frustrating it would be for people in the same position without pre-orders.

I'm hoping and a little afraid Bowser Jr. will be a Wave all by himself, with them releasing all 8 of the koopalings.
Same theory applies to Robin and Olimar, but less likely.
Also, I'm really expecting them to make Mewtwo available DLC like with the purchase of the Mewtwo amiibo, whenever that comes out.

A Mr Game and Watch Amiibo would get a special place in both, my heart and my vitrine.
Jigglypuff was/is my favourite in Melee.
I was very good with her back in the days and owned pretty much all of my friends.
They hated getting their ass beaten up by some pink flummy which sings just beautifully.

I managed to get a MM New 3DS last night from target.com out of sheer luck, so I won't worry too much about pre-ordering Pac-man, Ness and Toad.
If I get them, great. If not, I'll get Toad somehow for the Captain Toad unlockables, but also not worry too much about it.
