To be clear, I'm not doing this because Nintendo PO'd me, it's because I need to slow down...I'd prefer to trade my four amiibo on the block, but I'll sell if need be. Captain Falcon, Marth, Diddy Kong, and Pikachu, none sealed.
I posted a page back or two back, you were right. I didn't work yesterday and it was updated yesterday. Sorry, I told you wrong. Lucario is still 2/1 though like you said.

That's okay. It's strange that half of Toys R Us had the dates as 1/30 and other stores had the dates as 2/1.
I wonder what's up with that.

I got a release date change from Best Buy a couple days ago. If we are lucky we get it Friday 2/6.

no villager for me unfortunately. I'm just going to offer samus, luigi, and cpt falcon right now and keep the rest for the moment. All sealed, will sell for retail + a couple dollars shipping.
I like these, but NoA is sucking ass, and I really doubt they'll turn it around. They do this over and over and over again, and never change, so I'm done.
When street lists are updated there usually is a little blurb in the daily announcements. Usually those get overlooked. Plus, outside of Christmas they'll divy the hours weird and you'll get someone who isn't normally an electronics worker and they just go off what everyone says. Just a case of not seeing the announcement of the change is all.

Sorry if this has been posted already, but it seems like Target stores are getting ready for Rosalina. I used the instore price checker on the DCPI (207-00-5021) and not only did it show up, but it told me the floor location, which would indicate backroom stock. Street date is still 2/1 in the system though and Target never breaks street. Going to ask for a backroom check next Tues afternoon or Weds since IIRC that's when the entertainment shipments will be received/processed.
I tried 2 gamestops and they said the same thing. I called corporate and they are saying that preorders are open but only in certain regions. So probably only the West coast. :/

Now, because it was too easy, my Bowser+Toon Link order is showing up as delivered already, while of course only Ike+Sheik got here. So now I'm waiting for the operator to call me back with news, he said that they'be prolly delivered it to someone else...

I may have an extra Rosalina soon (maybe even two) but I just looked up the shipping rates to the US and it's outrageous 
. I would have to sell them for $40 each. If it helps anyone, I'm willing to do it but I can imagine importing from one of the EU branches of amazon would be cheaper.

Unboxed my Lucario, Toon Link and Bowser. All three look really, really great. The quality has really improved since the first wave, just seems more consistent now.

I have one there too. When I got the cancellation email, I immediately text messaged the wife to ask her to go and preorder him in-store for me. I wasn't taking any chances. Of course not being very confident in the store's ability to fulfill my order and being rather impulsive, I jumped on the eBay preorders TRU put up shortly afterward. Imagine my surprise when the cancelled tru.com preorder was reinstated.
So, one way or the other, I'm probably going to end up with at least one extra Lucario. I'll sell him to a fellow GAF'er for regular price plus shipping if/when I get him.

Just came from a shitty amiibo hunt afternoon, Spain here.
-The only place where they had wave 3 amiibos was in Carrefour. There were 4 amiibos each of Ike, Sheik, Lucario and Bowser. Neither Toon Link, Rosalina, King Dedede or Metaknight were there.
Bought an Ike and Bowser there.
Theres a GAME store also inside the carrefour but I didnt remember to enter when I was there the first time today, more on that later.
-Then I went with bus to my nearest Mediamarkt. There were only a lonely Mario and Diddy in the small amiibo shelve (the shelve there was usually MUCH bigger). Asked the guy there and he said they were not getting any old amiibos, and from wave 3 the were getting 4 amiibos each of Ike, Sheik, Lucario, Bowser, Toon Link and Rosalina. He told me they were probably getting them on monday. Did a reserve of Rosalina and Toon Link, but I dunno, im afraid they dont get them or call me when they do becuase they stores are not really good when working with preorders.
-Decided to do the crazy thing and went walking to the Toys R Us "near" the Media Markt I was. I didnt even know if you could get there walking (because its just outside the city) but as from wave 2 they got everything the day of release (thats where I got my Little Mac when you couldnt find it in any other place) I decided to go there. After 30 minutes walking I discovered a bridge you could use to get there walking (so yeah, you can, but the access are shit). Got there and they had a shelve with every wave 2 amiibo (but no Little Macs) and some of wave 1 (usual suspects Mario, Link...). No wave 3 amiibos. Spoke to the person in charge and she told me she new they had to arrive today, but as they just did the christmas sales and they dont work like videogames stores, when they get things they day of release, they were getting them in February instead of today. She gave me the telephone number, and told me to call around february to see when they were going to get them.
-So I exit the toy r us, tired as hell and fearing I had to walk like 1 hour to get home. But thank god, just as I entered the city again, in a lonely street I see a bus that I never use, but discovered it just passes through my street. So thank god for that.
-When I arrive I remember of the GAME store inside the carrefour besides my home, so I decide, with little expectations, to go there.
They had 0 amiibos, and nothing comming. But the thing that made me fed up was y that if you tried to preorder the amiibos released in February you couldn't either.
WTF Nintendo?
And thats my hunt diary for today. Fuck Nintendo Iberia, and fuck amiibos.

Just saw an email, BTW. Lucario is now 1/30. Even tried ringing him and he pings back 1/30 Do Not Sell.
This stuff is infuriating. A lot of people preordered them and the receipts all say "In Store 2/1". Burn the store.

Hey guys, my first post here. I love Nintendo and of course, amiibo! I always wanted official Nintendo figures. This is my collection.
Wave 3 amiibo are already on the way, I hope I get them tomorrow. Waiting is killing me.

I've thought about it too, but I think I'll stay the course at least for the full Smash set. The scary part though is that it makes me want to consider starting to buy higher quality figures. Seems like a slippery slope. But with how difficult it is to find amiibo even as they're released, it is pretty annoying.

I have some extra Amiibo packed away I have been saving to help people in need (no holy trinity). I Will be able to post more about that once wave 3 drops and I know what I have for sure. Called the local TRU and no wave 3 on the IL side of the river near St. Louis. Also talked to the local GameStop manager that I have kept in touch with and has no email info to help us either.
I have all of wave 3 on preorder lock down but I'm not expecting for it to go smooth. This sure has been a mess since wave 2.

Weren't Amiibos supposed to go on sale 2/1? I'm glad the only ones I want from Wave 3 are Toon Link and Bowser haha. Possibly a Sheik but sounds like I'm too late for that one.
edit: anybody have any experience with amiami? Preordered a Rosalina and Lucario since there's really no obligation until I actually enter payment info. Only cheap shipping is basically them tossing it in a mailbox and me hoping it arrives.

Oi... this is getting ridiculous I went to TRU last night employee said oh we aren't putting them out find out today oh yeah were selling those... I've had TRU.com orders for Months they got cancelled got them reinstated and people without preorders are just buying em off the shelf... man...
