It's really weird that Amazon is dragging their feet so bad on Wave 3. They've been really useful for the previous waves (in my experience anyway).

I ordered Bowser and Sheik from them at the beginning of December. If I find any in-store before Amazon ships I can always cancel the Amazon order. Otherwise....get my amiibo in March :/

Still no Wave 3 sightings in my area at all, not even Bowser.

It's also the look of a tired retail worker that doesn't want his picture taken lol. Hopefully those guys aren't putting up with too much sass. they're just doing their jobs.
 
Okay Amiibo gaf, I have started my collection. This is hard mode because I live in South America and I use Amazon mostly, but I think I can do it.

I have Mario and WFT sitting at my desk. Will try to get all of Wave 1 first

I already asked you but I'm pretty sure that you skimmed through. Did you have a warranty on your phone? It's possible that you could get free phone replacement if it got stolen.

I think it is less Amazon's fault and more NoA's fault. They really dropped the ball on Amiibos in general since Wave 1.
Amazon.de and Amazon.fr had no issues if I remember hearing people right.
 
I think Target will be receiving a lot of Rosalinas as Nintendo World had about several boxes of them. So those going on 2/1 will probably have a good chance at getting one.

Thank you! I bought it here locally at $45 USD. here we have a lot of import taxes, they are 70$ each at gamestop, so buying them from scalpers at Amazon is really cheap still.

Not really, I´m in Mexico so here warranty means nothing at all. Also phones are fairly cheap, I´ll try to find one for about 20 bucks.

i have the salt, resellers paradise, someone already listed a shulk for $50 on ebay, and hes from new york, welp.

I dunno, people keep posting photos of Target handscanners that show their stores only getting about a dozen Rosalinas in stock initially. Might actually be kinda tough to find.

It's possible. That could explain a lot about lack of Wave 2 Amiibo for Walmart.

We have a law that allow us to import 5 orders a year below 200 USD without paying taxes, so not only I have to buy them online, but I have to arrange the orders so I buy 5 bulks per year. I'm trying to get help from friends so I can make more than 5 orders : P

Ack, my goodness. You weren't kidding it'll be tough. Well, I hope you can find cheaper prices, or maybe someone here can help you get some even cheaper. Not sure how much shipping would be of course.

If wave 3 is available get that first. You can skip bowser and toon link for now (they're common). In Wave 1, focus on Marth and Villager. Wave 2, focus on Little Mac, Pit, and CF. You can pick up all the commons later as who knows how crazy the rare prices are going to get. Good thing is Marth is getting a reprint but who knows when. Good luck!

Hahaha don't worry! I will do my best to get them. I don't know if I can get gifts from outside Uruguay, customs law has been changing alot those past years because of online shopping. I'll try to buy them all on Amazon.

The next one I want is Villager, Marth I know that there is going to be a restock. The others can wait a while, but I need the holy trinity to be sure that I can complete the collection

Thanks for the info, I've been searching for local sellers, wave 2 is coming in february here so maybe I can grab a little mac, pit or captain falcon, then I'll amazon the rest. I have to juggle with the limited quantities and prices
