Lies. Not from you but from them. Worst case scenerio is it made a second order list which is under the phone number that the GameStop.com order was placed.



Print out the order from GameStop.com and bring it in and if they suggest that when you go in next time ask for the district managers number to straighten out the issue.

The ship to store can be odd but it'll get there.
When I ordered in store for the wiiu GameCube adapter all I had to know I did the order was the email.

But it did come in and I was able to pick it up.
The 3DS should be there at the new 3DS launh, so when you go there they should maybe even call you before then about it.

I just got an email today from Amazon saying my Toon Link preorder should arrive March 2, so I guess maybe they're backordered and having to ship them as they get them? I preorderd Shiek and MegaMan a little later on Amazon so they're on a separate order that I haven't gotten any word about yet.

That's warehouse in store and yea, it's really good. Ship to store is screwy especially since we got this new POS

On the one hand, this makes me happy because gives me a better chance of getting one now....but it kind of sucks because I wanted to get a second one for a giveaway on here.

But did anyone see the rosalina cosplayer on the nintendo world line? I gotta say that's dedication to dress up as your favorite character in this cold weather and just for an amiibo too.

Hmmm yeah they couldn't find it under my last name or that phone number (different than the one I usually use). They seemed pretty confident that they would still receive the order, since apparently it's normal that it doesn't show in the system, but still ahips out the day the game comes out. *shrug* Maybe I should call corporate CS just to make sure...

What a in store pick up is, it is a store preorder with 0.00 on it. 24 hours after you place the order it functions just like any other store preorder you made would, as in you can put any amount on it at any time.

Trust me friend, I did all of mine ship to store and I paid them off already, it should only take 24-48 hours at the most for GameStop.com to send the info to our stores. Yes, you should probably call Corp.

Like I'm looking at them all for me right now, what they told you just is not the case.

So just to be clear, I have 3 amiibos preordered for instore pick up from Gamestop.

Youre saying that I need to go pay for these asap, right? I was waiting for the email or phone call from GS.

(My order is king dedede, mega man and 2 ikes.)

Yes, because we were told (and this could just be our district) to only call once and cancel anybody who still has no money on them and didn't answer

Edit: This is strictly for GameStop.com in store pickups. If you have any money on them already or preordered in stores we are mandated to call, hold for 48h and call again.

They haven't called me yet regarding that. I even went to pay off both my Shulk Amiibos today and they didn't tell me anything. :/
 
So someone was knocking at my door this morning for about 30 seconds. When i came down stairs there was a car in the street with hazards on. it better have not been my rosalina from play asia. He left no note or anything. My brain actually processed it was a scalper taking my rosalina lol. Do you have to sign for play asia packages?

I think it's more for like unknown customers and obvious scalpers with like a bunch of orders, I don't think it'll be super strict if you are a regular but if you walk up with like ALL the Sheiks or Shulks or something we will be like lol no.

Heads up to my amiibros: for whatever reason Sheik isn't street dated in our systems at Target. Just bought one myself. You may have to ask then to search the back or give the DCPI to find it in the shipment though.

Sheer torture, just found out my Rosalina sat in England for five days waiting to be "examined before export". No idea why, but it's finally moving again.

Oh, sweet. The extra Shulk is for a friend in Mexico so I'd be pretty bummed if I couldn't get one for him. Shulk's release is still 2/13, right?

Don't you have to put a minimum cash down when selecting in-store pickup online?
 
Had Mega Man in the same order as Rosalina. after so many reports of Rosie shipping this morning, and mine hadn't, I cancelled Mega in case he was holding her back. Hopefully this wasn't a mistake....
 
The Captain Amiibo I won in the contest just came in! Thanks so much ThisBeJason! I'll fire up MK8 and play with my new costume as soon as I finish some work I have to do.

I would have to cancel my Sonic from TRU just to get them to ship out Lucario and Toon Link before Sonic comes out.

But I'm over getting it ASAP. Shit is possibly too time consuming and not worth the risk of not getting one to try to get something earlier.

Still shocked about no Wave 4 news... But my gamestop just put up a demo of the new 3ds with Majora's Mask in it. It was awesome love the feel of the new 3DS. Still a little miffed at the fact it takes a screw driver to get to the sd card. Also don't like the cards being on the base but eh... I'll live it feels way more comfy in hand.

Actually, she's been out in most Europe for nearly two weeks now, the wave 3 release date was broken in most shops. And it's so difficult to find one (that the only Amiibo I've never seen in a store, and plently of clerks said I wasn't the only one asking for her) I'm not surprised.

In fact, I've seen even more expensive prices on Ebay last week.

I should receive one in the mail, I paid something like 28$ including shipping, but I'm still happy if it arrives in good shame.

The way pre-orders have been going...I don't assume one is guaranteed until it's in my hands or has already shipped. There's no signs of Mega Man making the Feb 1 launch at all. At least this way, if Rosalina doesn't end up shipping, I can still hit the stores before she's gone.
 
Wave 3 comes out tomorrow for Aus. Time to pick up my preorders of Ike/Shulk/Meta/Dedede!

And hopefully grab Samus/Yoshi/Fox as they're the only one's I'm missing from Wave 1/2. Please restock ;_;

That's awesome! Hope these Targets aren't stingy and won't want to put them out early anyway. Guess it'd depend who you talk to.
