Not really. I usually wear my Earthbound hoodie or my Yoshi T-Shirt. I also look mighty young for my age, so maybe that is why no one ever questions me.
Nope not in the least I run into people twice my age(26) for less often.
I just look people in the eye if they look at me funny and say I have a hobby and its an awesome one what do you do for fun? 90% of the time people say play games.

I had been using my nephew, but it made a lot more sense in the Xmas season.
My awkwardness probably has to do with not wanting to be associated with some of the weird fans I've met. The Smash thing at Best Buy solidified me not wanting to be in that crowd, despite being very close to being on King of the Nerds back in the day.

I just drive to one in another town. I know too many people who work at my local Target/Toys R Us/Best Buy to buy them there
.The employees at Gamestop actually mention collecting their own when I buy Amiibos there, so I'll probably go to the one I've been going to for Shulk.
Still say we should be the ones regulating the sales just all of us rush in and put up caution tape around the amiibo section safe guard them from scalpers.
We can even make a game out of it and ask people what there intentions are before handing them out

I'm tyring to figure out why Tenso is constantly dodging me.
I paid $27 for them to ship my 3x Rosalina, Meta Knight and Lucario. But the package was too big and couldn't be shipped, and said what I paid would be refunded.
Well even after I paid $30 for the bigger shipping, they STILL haven't refunded me my original payment, and have refusing to answer my e-mails to customer support every business day. It's been almost a week.
I did business with them in obtaining Marth and WiiFit Trainer, but seriously? I'm getting a little pissed off right now.

whichever the case, it usually takes a while for refunds to process with just about any company i've ever had to ask, give or take 3-10 business days.

Paypal. I mean I HAVE 80 business days to ask Paypal to correct it. I'm just sore they won't respond to my e-mails. And it caused me to over draft too (the blizzard stopped me from being able to deposit my check in time). I'm giving them until the 6th before I file a complaint to pay pal. I could understand if they need a week or so, but let me know instead of leading me to believe I'm being ignored.
Yeah I could use a recap on what's happening this weekend. To me knowledge, Lucario is at Toys R Us on Friday, Rosalina is at Target on Sunday, and other retailers will have Bowser, Toon Link, and Sheik out then.
Also, we have reason to believe that Sonic, Mega Man, and Meta-Knight aren't coming for a couple of weeks. No idea on the other three.

Especially with Target as a few folks have rung in saying that they likely wont have the other 4 guys (although that could change at a moments notice when they get the shipment in)

Thanks. Anyway, at Target today I heard about what they had in the back and it was for sure Rosalina and Bowser that were name dropped. (No reason to doubt Toon Link either)
I'd like to see the last four non exclusives be at Target, but I don't have as much confidence as Lucario and Rosalina being out.

Yeh, Sonic and Mega Man are great. I think Mega Man and Dedede are two of my favourites. Dedede's fluffy cuffs are kinda shiny like pearl, the paint job is great!
It's just two of each actually, my photography just sucks. One set for a friend who is out of the country at the moment.

Scored a $50 Amazon gift card, and I want to hurry and grab Club Nintendo Platinum status for the (hopefully grande) finale. So I scooped up Hyrule Warriors for $4. Now, I fear this will lead to another insatiable urge to grab all of the Zelda-themed Amiibos.
Normally I've just been collecting the figures of characters I like or ones that I find aesthetically pleasing. But now I think I'm going to scoop up Toon Link, Zelda, and Sheik. And after that I mean why not finish out the whole Smash collection? Ugh.

When I was in Target today, I noticed there was a DI figure sale. Maybe I'll collect those while I'm waiting to find amiibos. It'll be easier to do and give me something to do so I don't lose my mind trying to find them.

lol I can't remember a single DI figure being nearly as tough to find as half of these.
Maybe Syndrome or some of the Crystal figures, although I never cared for those at all.
