Uh-oh. Just checked my Rosalina and noticed this crack / line on her back?

Does anyone else have that or should I order another to replace the one I have now while I still can?
 
Went to the nearest shopping center this morning before it even open, still can't get Shulk amiibo :( Also met a scalper who bought all available amiibo at Target and lots at Big W, I just cannot stand this.

Rosalina is still available at 2 online shops so yeah it's possible.

Awh =[ Should've "accidentally" stabbed the scalper. You know, by accident.

Just checked mine and it's meant to be there. It's where the top and bottom of the dress connect.

I wouldn't go online again if you're worried about product quality. See if you can find a store to inspect some?

Local EB Games only received spares for Sonic, Mega Man and Metaknight.


Might do that "preorder more than 1 then return the others" thing for the future waves like Lucina, Robin etc
 
Update on Target in the Bay Area:

Kept refreshing nowinstock all day, and noticed the Hayward Whipple Target went from 0 to 4 for Sheik. I work near it so I took my lunch and rushed right over. Got the last one.

They had Toon Link and Bowser and Rosalina. Was shown how the scanner says 2/1 on all of them so I couldn't buy those. Still happy I got the elusive Sheik!

How many Rosalina did they have? I haven't seen her show up in any of the trackers yet so was getting a bit worried.
 
Tried a target in northridge for sheik, they have 3, but the guy wouldn't sell it to me because of the 2/1 release date. I know it actually releases today, but he would not scan it for me to prove the release date. Sheik was in the back room, so I couldn't scan it myself. He said they scanned it earlier in the day.

Edit: I put the product number in the scanner, but it showed 0 in stock. Strange.
Dang.
 
Pre-ordered the 5 MP ones from Amazon. Hopefully I'll be able to pre-order them in store at GameStop but if not I know I'm at least a little secure. Curious as to why they don't have Mario alone up.
 
If it wasn't for the Toad amiibo, I would overlook the Super Mario amiibo set entirely because I have the Smash set. I kinda want him for Captain Toad and his Mario Party functionality, but I also have this OCD thing where if I get Toad, I need all of them. What do I dooooo?
 
Meijer near me put out the new amiibo yesterday, they only got two Sheik. They were stocking them luckily just as a buddy of mine went back there to check (he called and they told him they didn't get any in, he took his gut feeling to check anyway). He was able to get one of the two Sheik for me after I spent a good chunk of the evening last night trying to find one only to have every store already sold out.

Planning on hitting up Target this weekend to try and get Rosalina, Ike, and Mega Man. Any confirmation that Target actually is getting Ike and Mega Man on 2/1?
 
I'm all in for the Super Mario series.
I already got Mario from the Super Smash Bros series and will probably get Rosalina too (since the Super Mario one doesn't have the Luma), but other than those 2, I'll definitely be skipping the rest of the Super Smash Bros for the Super Mario crossovers.
 
I'm finally home from work now but during my break I decided to check up on the ol' AmiiboGAF and sees what's what. All of the Super Mario series is up on Amazon! God forbid if the preorders are closed! Thankfully they were not and got them all down pack, minus Mario since I'm not buying Mario Party 10 day one.

I still have the whole series preordered on AmiAmi and Mario is part of it so I may keep the rest as doubles.

Bring on Wave 4, already!
 
Planning my route for my first retail amiibo quest on Monday (I know stores are releasing amiibo on the 1st, but I'm just in search of commons -- Toon Link, Mario, Donkey Kong and Luigi). Also going to a few GameStops in-person to see if it's at all possible to get a Mega Man pre-order or if any of the employees know anything about the Shulk situation.

Also, just re-posted some trades I'm offering in the B/S/T thread -- if you have extra commons or a Little Mac, there might be some stuff there for you to trade.

Lol that's my same mentality. Toad is all I want, but I know once I get a Toad I'll need others to not have a single red base in amongst my Smash ones.

I've so far avoided preordering him :p
 
I'll grab Toad if I see him on the shelf at release, but I'm not too worried.

As crazy as I am for the Smash series, I don't really care about the Mario one at all.

Which is good I guess?
 
Went to a target that had one sheik in the back...but it was beat up to hell and I like the box, so I just said, oh that's the wrong one and said thanks for doing it though :(

I'm with you. I really like the clean look of the Super Mario Series, but I'm sweating not them. The Smash Mario is just so great looking, and the Luigi is so wonderfully odd that I don't feel like I'm missing out. Also, the red bases would just set my OCD on fire.
 
Had a sprint race at Big W this morning against 6 others, it was really unpleasant. The guy in front of me bought one of each, I got the remaining 6 amiibo.

Went to JB Hifi and found a Lucario.

Still need Ike, Sheik, Shulk, and King Dedede but I don't like my chances.

It's like a zombie apocalypse here in AU. Nintendo should really ship more.

Will be preordering from now on. Hardcore.

Seems like these ones won't be out yet this weekend. Shulk in Canada Friday however.

Shulk, Sonic, and Mega Man February 13 or 20 depending where you buy it.

Meta Knight I don't think Best Buy even knows when they're getting it lol
