Meta Knight and Shulk are specially grim because they are exclusives that where up for preorder for a loooong time and they both belong to retailers famous to under supplying their exclusives.

Prove me wrong BB/GS.

Target is pretty well known for this also.
And ToysRus is actually worse than all of them. Saying this as I've bought exclusives from each of them for years.
In all truth the only retailer exclusives I've never had a single issue with in the past is Walmart as far as obtaining an item goes... Now for condition of the item they are low on the totem pole but I've never had trouble getting anything there.

I got all of them except for Sheik and Sonic. I didn't want Rosalina, but my wife wanted her. I initially missed out on Shulk, but my sister's bf was able to get two so I got lucky as I didn't preorder him.

In terms of quality, this is the best bunch yet. Lucario, Toon Link, Ike, Dedede, and Mega Man look great! Meta Knight, on the other hand, has a really dirty mask. I get why the darkened areas are featured, but it just makes the figure look ugly.

I think Amiibos are kinda rare due to that whole port strike...

I got japanese ones to open, and when this whole deal blows over and we have smash amiibo for days (for the rest of the year or till the run stops *I hear little mac is the only one getting canned any time soon*)

People are going to run around for other series amiibo like mario... I'm sticking with the smash series and I'm done... trying to get them all (boxed set, and opened set (Mix of JP and US)

Unfortunately Marth, Wii Fit Trainer, and (to a lesser extent) Fox have become near-impossible to find in the US.
Your best bet for those would be to import them from either Europe or Japan. The figures themselves are identical to the US releases in both form & function - just the packaging is slightly different.
