It's the art style that is timeless in itself and carries over well from one generation to the next. Furthermore, the IQ in the trailer for the gameplay bits were pretty poor. Of course, the game is quite far from release which should allow for it be visually sharper on PS3 (let along PS4) given how Catherine, Tales series, Nino Kuni, Valkyria Chornicles etc, ended up looking, by the time it releases.

They would be spelled and pronounced differently in Japanese, so I think you may be disappointed.

As to your query, the video is only up on YT at the moment.
Finally, with regards to IQ, I should have mentioned "aliasing" on which compression has little bearing unless it is notable to the point of becoming a true detriment.

I don't know why people keep thinking these 4 characters are the only ones. There are obviously going to be more.
But other love interest options would have to be EXTREMELY enticing for me to pick them over the trans girl.

Since it's Japan, the three previous games have had crossdressing at some point or another (dunno about P1) and this is a game specifically about people feeling restricted by societal norms you might even get lucky.

In Japanese, this persona(Anzu) is named アンズー. The ー denotes a "long vowel sound," so its name would be pronounced Anzuu (zuu sounding like zoo). One of the readings of 杏 in hiragana is あんず (Anzu), without a "long vowel sound" at the end.
Just pointing out that they don't have the same name.

No, but my point was contingent upon her official name being Anzu, and he said he would want it to be changed to Anne. Atlus seems to like to keep the names of characters consistent. Although, Teddie/Kuma flies in the face of that, so its hard to say for sure.
I can see that. Both Anzu and Ryou sound like tougher, more punk-ish names to me, but we can't know what it is until they tell us. Agree to disagree.
