I enjoyed this game more than I probably should have.
Its obscurity is not helped by the fact that it's based in the world of arguably (well...probably not arguably...) the least popular Suikoden game.

There was a crazy japanese RPG-like DBZ game on Game Boy that was really werid. I never quite understood what I was doing but I always managed to beat it. I can't remember the name.

I remember playing that God of War on my Blackberry. it was alright but not very memorable outside of having decent production values for a phone game of the time. Animation was pretty neat.

I'd also say The Document of Metal Gear Solid 2 is obscure, but I don't know if its considered a game.

This game isn't really obscure but I don't see many people talking about it:
Sonic Triple Trouble

In my opinion, one of the best portable Sonic games ever made and certainly the best on the Game Gear. It's the closest to a 8-bit Sonic 3 you can get.

Bonus points for the Special Stages that are actually quite fun (different from Chaos that sucks ass), specially the battles with Fang\Nack.
