Rhapsodia / Suikoden Tactics.

I enjoyed this game more than I probably should have.
Its obscurity is not helped by the fact that it's based in the world of arguably (well...probably not arguably...) the least popular Suikoden game.

Honestly, this game was better than 3 and 4, even if the story was really silly.
