Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san ch8

Cats always seem to be the straight man for some reason.

Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku o! ch4

The Michael Bay curse.

@Peco

Considering we both like Ciguatera / Himizu, I think Gunjou should be, at the very least, good to you.

@ firehawk12

Wow, I might be a little overwhelmed.

I guess subconsciously I looking for another Ohana Holoholo. I remember liking the inter-monologues, artstyle and general light-hearted atmosphere of the series. I took a quick look at all your recommendations. Aside from the ones I had already read, I think the most compelling series to me are Stretch, Honey & Honey and Sweet Guilty Love Bites.

@Wonzo

Kase-san & Cirque Arachne looks good. Bonus point for reminding me Maka-Maka still exist, I would have completely forgotten about this otherwise despite finished reading Mars no Kiss.

Morishima Akiko and Amano Shuninta's works in general should be up your alley. It's a shame Charade is so busy as he's the yuri guru around here.

Would probably take me months to tackle everything I think is worthy for a read. But I have a general idea where I should look for them now.

Why do Zweizer-senpai and Uso-Senpai love tormenting me?!

I don't recommend things I dislike though.

Fujiyama-san wa Shishunki 28

At least some people now know about their relationship :p

They just need to be higher up the totem pole next time so these 2 still have ways to go.

Also the struggle seems to be real for tall people.

Hey guys can any one recommend me some manga?
I don't read much manga and I am kind of in the mood.
I want manga that feature more real/drama romance.
I don't mean like some depressing love story or anything.
Hm, I haven't read any of those so I'm not entirely sure if they're what you want, but with what you said, I can recommend Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun and Horimiya.

I'm not sure how to describe what I want. Hmm... like instead of super average generic high school boy managing to get 5 super cute girls in love with him (but he is too dense/indecisive to do anything!) I would more like a story where the lead maybe likes a girl but doesn't know how to go about approaching her or something.
For example I really liked how in Cross Game, lots of things are kind of subtle and there isn't much internal monologue. You have lots of panels where characters are just kind of looking there, or thinking, but you don't know what they are thinking. I like that kind of stuff.
Some manga that I've read, that I think contain what I am talking about are:
Hatsukoi Limited
School Rumble
Cross Game
Ichigo 100%

I know Ichigo 100% is harem stuff that I said I don't want, but I liked how the relationship/love triangle drama stuff was portrayed.
I don't actually remember much of anything about Hatsukoi Limited but I think it's kind of what I want.

ALSO
are there any sites or databases where you can search series by the types of characters they have? Like, say I wanted to search by "Protagonist: university" or "work setting"/"school setting". Kind of like how you can on vndb if any body has been there.

Since you mentioned Cross Game, check out Touch and Rough as well. Both are from the same author

Also please remember that when someone asks for suggestions, you're supposed to post impressions about what you read among the recs. That part's super important and like 99% of the people don't do it

It's like our payment for giving out recs, we need impressions back!

Shieldbro LN spoilers up to 261

Looks like a lot of plot threads have been completely wrapped up.

the last witch punishment. man, idk, it was insanely cruel.

Having to hear all the time the anti naofumi stuff during the itsuki arc definitely took it's toll a bit.

Also would like more villain motivations that can't be immediately refuted by naofumi in his head in a oneliner due to obvious contradictions. I don't mind this too much, though.

eagerly going to read future updates. highly entertaining.

Well, so far all of his major enemies have either been insane, sociopathic, mega-racist, or some combination. He even contradicts his friends 90% of the time since they're also crazy.

I don't know if I'm over reacting but I really like Black Clover. If it stays the same level as Chapter one it may be legit.

Tokyo Ghoul: Re

Man, fuck
Uta. He was so cool. :( I do hope we get to see how much of a monster he is here though, makes sense he'd be super powerful like he was saying during the Aogiri raid.

They have.
So I want future villains to hopefully at least be a little more down there. Maybe glass like wave people will be like that and people will just always be out there.

Fairy Tail 420

Actually feels more like early FT before it got super FairyTaily

Timeskips into actual adventures always the right choice!

Musume-iri Hako

A delinquent finds a girl in a box and takes her home.

All delinquents aren't bad people! Really nice one-shot. Wouldn't mind seeing this turn into a full series full of delinquents and girls in boxes.

Is Reiroukan Still Alive? 12

Genta sometimes seems to be weirdly half-assed when it comes to relationships and romance once the chase and initial rush is over.

He really feels kinda all over the place with how he handles relationships. I wonder if the series' hasty conclusion plays a part in it.

Black Clover 1
Definitely is the most hard-hitting and most gripping story of the new jump series thus far. Yuno and Asta are this bunches best duo and I love how they dont make Yuno the typical "Sasuke-ish" character but instead sort of more like a Kageyama, if that makes sense. Asta felt like a Naruto though which is good if he can be tethered to Yuno's development. If so then I think this can remain a really unique story that doesnt stray too close to other series in the magazine.

Grimoires are always great to see in series.

Usotsuki Wakusei 17-18

Forget knowing about the past, I have my pretty boy with me now!

Good ending for this series. Their relationship basically moved from the point of will they will they to hurry up and get married already lol

Food Wars 106

Soma sometimes looks like he's in his late teens/early twenties, and other times he looks like he's 14 or 15.

Toriko

Monkey King somehow feels more threatening than Horse King. Won't be too happy if Toriko's 2nd demon bails him out again.

The art in Soma shifts depending on mood of the plot. Soma is 16. Except he's also goofing off most of the time so he looks younger during those segments, and only looks his age when he needs to be imposing.
