I wonder what Uta told her when he whispered. Something about Sasaki maybe? Something about Suzuya? I couldn't quite tell, but Tsukiyama won the bidding war on her, right? She might be okay then, depending on his hunger I suppose.
Speaking of Suzuya, too awesome. Stronger ghouls like Uta are obviously not going to die but that's a lot of small ghouls going. Wonder where his Jason is, maybe Hanbee is bringing it to him.
Great chapter even though it went by too quickly! The author really excels at 'calm before the storm' type pacing.

So this is some random giant weapon...... not really a plot thickening scenario but at least they're using this chance to make Melodias have a excuse to use his sacred treasure.
(Even though that old friend of him said he never used weapons due to the fear of killing someone he still apparently had a full bladed weapon........... Kinda throws out that whole Liz dagger denial logic away....oh well )

Though it may not be anything original it is still vastly entertaining to see this magical entrance exam with the different personalities. Im kind of glad it didnt spend time showing Yuno showing off. Instead seeing the various other folks doing decently and one guy taking advantage of Asta was good for me. It was highly hilarious at times. Asta personality too and comments made it feel less serious than other writers would try to make it. The epic final four pages were as good as the color page.
