So the EU/NA special edition comes with a 1/2 size arm. The JP version comes with a full size arm. Is that correct?
Does that mean the fingers on the 1/2 size one won't actually be moveable?

What if the average Japanese arm is shorter than US/EU arms, thus it seems it's full scale, but it's actually half scale?

lol, i'm not saying this edition will sell out but MGS special bundles usually do and usually go for extortionate prices down the line.

PS4 games aren't region locked, but some Japanese games do not have english as a VO/Sub option.
Edit: Sorry, that was presumptive of me - some Japanese games do not have french/canadian as a VO/Sub option.

No region lock and the JP special edition is 9,980yen (collector's edition is 29,800yen).

wow, this is actually the worst CE/LE i have ever seen.
And I think it's great, a piece of equipment from the game that's seemingly partially articulated, fantastic.
I still think a D.D stuffed toy would've made for a great inclusion.

I know how you feel bro, that's why I'm getting the JP collector.
play-asia usually get konami style stuff, BUT it's really fucking expensive, AND gets very little stock in too.
my advice is, if you want to go down the PA route, start checking now, and hit F5 like a mofo.

I don't know what to think about the arm and I'm not crazy about the PS4 either.
Lucky that my friend lives in Japan and could get me the Japan's CE version. He told me that usually Konami only allow one per order per person.
Just a heads up, Konami Japan don't ship out of Japan but you can use a 3rd party buying service to help like Tenso, which you will have a Japanese address for ordering. But I can't imagine the cost of having to ship the CE over, especially to US or Europe. That 1/1 bionic arm looks really heavy.
