Definitely curious about the specs here. My wife's been looking to upgrade her old MacBook Air and this might be it. Hopefully it's not hit by the typical shortages of the iPhone/iPad line.

I just can't anymore with these Apple conferences. I have an iPhone plus, iPad, I'm getting a watch, an AIR so I am a fan of their products but these conferences are ridiculous. They are so up their own ass.

That's kind of Apple's thing. I mean, it isn't new. They've been this way for a while.

A regular one? Didn't get a good look.

to quote myself.

i don't think they're gonna take away any of the watch's spotlight by announcing a new, (according to rumors) USB-less 12 inch retina macbook air.

That's a device that would require far too much narrative. They couldn't mention this as a sidenote.

though i might eat my own hat tomorrow.

nom nom nom nom :(

Will have to try that trackpad in person. Not sure that haptic feedback can replace the actual click of the current pad.

Whaaaaaaaaat hot dog

Omfg haptic feedback force touching omfg

Really curious how that feedback will work. Tap to click has always been inferior, but this is definitely far more involved.

slightly concerned about the trackpad and keyboard feel. Will need to play in the store for a while. Love the keyboard and trackpad on the air. I'm not a fan of tap to click - I need some physical give. Maybe force+haptic feedback will be good enough.
