How good is that Dual core Intel M? I feel like if you did any actual work on that 12 incher itll overheat.
It's pretty tho

I want the 13 inch with the new trackpad. Wish theyd throw retina into an air tho :/

Can USB-C handle multiple input/output dongles?

i.e. Power + HDMI + Ethernet.
4 sets of high speed lanes + dedicated usb-2 and power lanes. But display alone may use all 4 high speed lanes if you use a 4k monitor.

$1,300 for those specs is ridiculous. Get out of here with that crap. I get the premium for some of the new tech in there, but that's WAY too high.

So, are those the only upgrades to the Pro or are there going to be more in the Summer?

Regardless that's pretty much all I wanted. Except I wish they had upgraded the SSD to 256 gb to the entry line. Kinda bummed about that.

Glad the MBP got Broadwell, new ssd, and the Force Pad, but this is setting up the slimmer Skylake redesign with wireless charging to be amazing.

Someone really needs to make an Ive supercut of over-explaining and gushing over simple components/concepts.

And with such a small logic board, we've gone one step further by making sure each component is fastened to its my semen. With this goal in mind, I engineered my jizz to ensure that it works as a thermal paste as well as solder. This means that every I new gets a small piece of me.

Yeah, the 13" MacBook Pro w/ Retina is by far the best value if the slight bit of extra thickness and weight are OK with you (it's still super portable).

It's thicker, but not thick and/or heavy by any means. I much prefer it to the Air that I used to own because unlike the Air, it actually feels solid. I also like how it's a uniform shape rather than fat in the back and skinnier as you move towards the front. Speakers blow the Air's away too.

I'll never understand why people don't "get" Apple's pricing. They sell lower spec'd machines that have a much higher build quality than most/all of their competitors.

I definitely see why someone wouldn't want to buy one, but to be shocked at the price? Haven't we all seen this enough times by now?

Indeed. I'll probably be replacing my wife's aging MacBook Air with it since this new device is too expensive and too limited.
