This is hilarious. Now I can't stop picturing Oliver running around with a fedora.

I honestly feel that this season is just ruining the entire series. I think every big decision besides the Flash crossover and finally getting Thea in the fold hurt how things were before. Also, Oliver's personality is somehow getting worse.

Broken Arrow?
They should adapt Knightfall next and introduce Bane or something.

Strange. I think this season has been awesome. I'm loving it.

I don't think this season is bad, necessarily. It's had a lot of good ideas, but it feels like a bit of a clusterfuck and as a result certain things are not having the impact that they should and certain characters have been getting the shaft in terms of having an arc or getting some spotlight.

I'm banking on S5 being significantly better, since by then the writers will really have it down pat. Though, the recent announcement of this second series, plus the Vixen series.... I dunno.

Probably no connection, but on Young Justice "Broken Arrow" was the trigger phrase used by Sportsmaster to activate
Clone Roy
as a sleeper agent.
There were
multiple clones. I believe the one you're referring to is Red Arrow. Arsenal was the real Roy Harper. Please be more specific next time.
:p

First they need a real Count Vertigo, not some shitty Scarecrow knockoff. Then they need to a do a goddamn season dedicated to Outsiders War.

I want Lemire's Vertigo. And yeah..give me Outsiders War please.

Lemire's run was outstanding. We already have Komodo on the show (though obviously a far blander version...) Have Vertigo meet Pied Piper from Flash, get that implant stuck in his head - boom, you have a proper Count Vertigo. Oh and by the way, his family has ties to Vlatava nobility or something.

Edit: And hell, replace Shado with Nyssa. Then replace Komodo with Merlin, and it works almost perfectly with Thea there...

I liked Arrow's Komodo on it's own, but yeah..he's not terryfing the way the comic book one was. But the same problem is true for Merlyn.
I think the best way would be to make the soon to be arrow clan (as in, they want to be one when they get the arrow artifact) be komodos. Thus making the dude we've seen on S3 just regular member, while his boss being the absolutely terryfing archer we know from Lemire's run

Justice Society of America

My personal theory is that Caity Lotz is playing an Elseworlds version of Sarah, so I could see an exchange like this:

RAY: We should all team up more often

SARAH: On my world, I was part of a team called the Justice Society.

RAY: Ech. Sounds a little too "Skull and Bones." How about a Justice League?

I don't want this. I'll be honest, I don't want this show. At all. I can't describe it, but I don't want it.

I can see a few things in the little we know so far that could lead to this conclusion:

- Having Caity Lotz in the cast. She wasn't killed in some ambiguous fashion. She was dead, Team Arrow autopsied her, digitally mapped her corpse so as to be able to re-autopsy her, and buried her, and she's been dead for months. Resurrection without cloning or elseworlds shenanigans from that definitive of a death could hurt Arrow's tone.

- Captain Cold in the cast. He's ramping up his game as one of the best villains on Flash. Having him go straight this soon would be a missed opportunity.

- Martin Stein but no Ronnie Raymond. Why establish Firestorm, then?

These could all be completely wrong assumptions, but they are where the information given to us seems to point.

It seems way too weird, and plus if Arrow is suffering because of The Flash, then both will suffer because of this. I just can't imagine this going well, and it seems like a strange clusterfuck of a show.

Of course, this is mostly because I have no idea what the fuck this is.

Oddly, I'm more okay with the show we know nothing about than Supergirl.

I think Supergirl has more of a chance to change the universe for the worse.

ArrowGAF I just finished S2 thanks to Netflix. I enjoyed it very much but thought there should be less episodes. I don't know.

Do I want to continue onto S3 maybe begin on The Flash too? For reference I've followed Gotham and loving it and should begin on Agents of Shield soon.

I would start the Flash if you continue with Arrow because there are cross references in the episodes as well as crossover episodes mid way. Moreover, if you happen to like The Flash, I think you will probably find it to be a better show than Arrow at the moment .

I've read S3 has been so-so but I'm willing to give it a go together with Flash.

If you can stomach Gotham you can enjoy every superhero show currently airing.

You wouldn't know how much I'd be willing to enjoy in the name of Superhero shows/movies.

I don't think it is time to get worried yet, they haven't said anything real about the show outside of the cast. Let's first see what they want to do with it.

They have already cast a third Firestorm.

And they could still use Robbie Amell, but not have contract negotiations finalized. I was just saying I could see how someone could be apprehensive based on the small amount of information we got. This one's still a big question mark for me. Very promising, a few slightly worrying "huh?" items without context, but its hard to tell how its all going to come together so soon.

Going to guess they went for Garber to play a more base oriented role like Felicity. Firestorm is sort of extremely powerful in comparison to the other three known cast members so I'm betting they will place caveats like he can only do it sometimes or it is too dangerous. So he will be mission control.

So he'll be everyone's love interest, too?

P.S.
I know what you meant but I had to take it.

Only kinda related, but I saw the Scribbler on netflix.

That was not a good movie.

I did like Katie a 100x more in that then in Arrow though.

A friend of mine told me next season has a flash forward where Oliver Queen has a daughter named Jasmina (Yass-meena) and they call her "Yass" for short, is that true?
