A friend of mine told me next season has a flash forward where Oliver Queen has a daughter named Jasmina (Yass-meena) and they call her "Yass" for short, is that true?

I doubt it. I'd expect Connor Hawke to appear though, and I really want to. Gimme a smug, young, rich as fuck Connor Hawke as the CEO of Queen Consolidated.

Like Rash al-Goulash.

Only kinda related, but I saw the Scribbler on netflix.

That was not a good movie.

I did like Katie a 100x more in that then in Arrow though.

Scribbler was terrible but none of it was her fault. The Machine was better with Caity Lotz but that isn't saying much but it was not what I was expecting.

Yeah, I think they made better use of her in Scribbler, but the movie itself turned into garbage. Started out alright enough in a cheesy way, but I lost interest pretty quickly.

ComicVine wrote an open letter to the Arrow creators: Arrow: Less Batman Stuff, Please

I agree with this unfortunately. The trailer for this season and Amell’s comments made me hopeful that Arrow is going to actually be more GA and less Batman, but the way the season has progressed left me a little disapointed. I’ll probably keep up with the show but from a distance.

I do like that it got a fair bit more superheroey than in season 1 though.

Guess Ollie needed in on the new poster loving

Is Firestorm meant to be a superhero or a villain? Since he is apparently moving to his own spinoff or will that be a team of heroes in their own show?

He is a hero in the comics. And the spin-off looks liek a bunch of heroes. Some people suggested the Justice Society of America.

I had hoped for an Atom spinoff because he looks so cool, but I know nothing about him besides what they have showed in Arrow. And before the Flash show I had never heard about Firestorm. I think it'll end up being a team comprised of heroes I have never ever heard about.

The rumors about
Damien Dahrk and H.I.V.E.
coming into play late this season and throughout next season have another potentially interesting wrinkle. One of the leaders of an incarnation of that organization was
Adeline Kane Wilson, ex-wife of Slade Wilson and mother of his three children

Huntress costume was made back when they were going to completely grounded aproach. And it's still a lot better than the nightmare that she traditionally wears in comics

THen again, seeing Jessica De Gouw in costume like this would be pretty gratifying :D

#318 "Public Enemies"

DONNA SMOAK RETURNS — During an attack on the mayor’s office, Ray (Brandon Routh) is critically injured. Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) is pleasantly surprised when her mother, Donna Smoak (guest star Charlotte Ross), shows up at the hospital to offer her support. With the SCPD out in full force looking for the assailant, Oliver (Stephen Amell) and his team work hard to stay one step ahead of the police to find the man responsible. However, things come to a head when Ra’s al Ghul (guest star Matt Nable) kidnaps Captain Lance (Paul Blackthorne). Dwight Little directed the episode written by Marc Guggenheim & Wendy Mericle (#318). Original airdate 4/1/2015.

Looks like Oliver isn't accepting any offers from Ra's Al Ghul.

Dang, they actually made his helmet look good:

Really? Because it looks incredibly crooked.
I can't believe how good the suit looks on a CW budget, meanwhile...

Arrow's costume designer is amazing, Huntress is the only failure in that department but she was awful in every aspect anyway.
I don't think Dethlok's look was bad. I think the issue is that Dethlok is traditionally very, very cyborg looking. Like, a lot of exposed cybernetics. This type of Dethlok is pieced together, using experimental add-on parts. If he ever comes back, I'm sure he'll get more cybernetics. Almost positive.

I like Huntress (Helena Bertinelli), but I've always thought the Huntress costume has looked awful. These two are probably my favorite, though I think these are both Helena Wayne. At least one of them is:

I still think the end of the season is Oliver accepting Ra's offer; either via blackmail or bribery. Could do it to save Thea, as well as perhaps resurrecting Sara via Lazarus.

Just wait until next season when you learn he was adopted and his birth name is really Dig-El.

Oh god.

Oliver: Diggle, I have tell you s something.
Diggle: Dammit Oliver, what other secrets do you have?
Oliver: I looked into your family, it turns out you were adopted. You were found in a spaceship that landed on the island. I was there.
Diggle: For fuck's sake Oliver!
