What I like about is that iit explains why he's hosting all those bloodbaths where he single handely slaughters dozens of people. What we know about this Ra's has shown him to be ruthless, but also a man of justice and principles. So it never made sense for him to kill all those people just for fun or training.
 
The thing about
Lance's "I've got you you son of a bitch" is the implication that Lance actually *hasn't* suspected but just ignored Ollie being the Arrow all this time, and will be legit surprised about it

Those spoilers kinda confirm that
Chesthair is the one that bites it, no way he survives getting captured by Ra's

Chesthair is done, his character doesn't have any plot point left in the show. Sara's dead, he soon realizes Ollie is the Arrow, and Laurel will probably become the police-arrow liason. So he is literally useless now. Diggle is not dying because no one in the Arrow team can replace his role, being the voice of reason and all of that

I'm quoting this, because it's most likely the case. Like the Chesthair quote, for example. There's no indication that Oliver is actually there. Just a random shot of him, Felicity and Diggle walking into the room. The same could be said about several other scenes.

I'd love it to be this good, but I'm not falling for the hype.
 
For people who refuse to watch these new spoilerific Arrow/Flash trailers, GAF threads are becoming unbearable.

I'm off for a few days from here, hopefully nobody will start posting open spoilers in the upcoming weeks before finale.

The way I see it:

Chesthair gets captured, Ra's tells him stuff about Oliver (lies maybe) to make him hate him, and tells him where his hideout is. All in Ra's plan because he said people would hate him for being the Arrow, even his own city. Maybe Ra's tells him Oliver is responsible for Sara's death (again).

Given all they've said about it, my guess is
he says no, Ra's retaliates (kills Diggle/Lance/Roy), shit escalates even more, then Oliver accepts at the end of the season to stop Ra's warpath.

Show has the potential to be ridiculous again like last season.

Did it kind of look like
Shado was in a flashback? Like in Hong Kong? Wi wonder if it's like waaaay the fuck back to tell the story of her before she went to the island to look for her father.

It looks like it could be
part of the flashbacks. Almost certain. After watching it again though what I'm thinking is that it might not actually be Shado. Maybe a younger or twin sister that was never mentioned. Or someone made to look like her by Waller maybe.

Yeah but it's too little too late, honestly. This season just felt so over the place, with such a weak overall narrative that it just hasn't been that compelling. I'm looking forward to next season, though. I'm going to chalk this up to a rough patch.

There are still like 8 episodes left in the season, how is it too late? That's almost half a season.

HA this'll be good. You know while many of us haven't exactly liked certain things that have happened this season you have to give them credit for literally going balls to the wall with just about everything at this point.
