We are watching a different person then? This guy isn't Möbius and he certainly ain't a pro either.
Hasnt died much at all. Honestly the game does not look difficult. But then again, neither were the previous games (aside from DaS 2's bank squads). This seems easier than the last three though.
Early axe user, i think he finished first boss (he's not very good), seems like hes in a party chat with 2 other friends who've gotten the game early too...
Reload times on this mobias run with the current boss aren't bad at all, like 8-10 seconds. I've counted 40+ seconds on a few other runs, so it must just depend on the area you're reloading into.

I still keep hearing this. Who says that? I've seen plenty of streams with people playing the 1.01 version and the load screens haven't changed. Lies until proven fact.

Isn't 1.01 the patch that was uploaded the other day? I downloaded it with my pre-load and it says it's patch 1.01.
In other news, I've decided to go waste of skin and just figure out what I like as I go. I played a Strength build with a huge ass hammer in DS2 and wanted to do a Dex build for B for that reason, but after hemming and hawing all week I've decided that choosing a build before playing is dumb. Fuck it, I'm gonna play whatever I feel like.
In a fit of insanity today I canceled my collectors edition to get the digital edition.
Only regretted it after the fact and tried to reverse it. Amazon told me earliest I could get the Collector's edition was May 6th. No way to un cancel.
So now I don't really have a choice. If all I can get on release day is the standard edition I might as well go digital. Digital version is already preloaded on my PS4.

This game looks fun but after watching the hitbox.tv streams for the past couple days just a lot of things seem off to me.
The apparent easiness of many of the big bosses, notably the 8 blade wielding Hot Nurse, the randomness of some bosses such as the giant alien boss and the giant abyss in the later level that looks to have an outline of a city that just screams DLC to me. Also there's no magic, reused textures from past games, repetitive environments that seem to get old quickly and the fact that teleports are numerous but yet you have to go through 2 very long loading screens to get to a new location.
I don't have a PS4 and this would be the only game I'd look into one for, but while the game looks fun it also seems like a downgrade from Dark Souls 2 even. I'll see if I can ask my friend who has a PS4 to try it out and see if me playing it will change my mind, but at this point it seems like this will probably be a 7.5/10 game.
I'm hoping that Silent Hills, Tomorrow Children and Kingdom Hearts 3 turn out good cause Bloodborne is not looking to be worth a $500+ investment at this point, and this was supposed to be the system seller for a lot of hardcore gamers.
It's a real shame to be honest, but again I still need to play it and I'm hoping I'm wrong.
