Bloodborne PSN Pre-Load has started

For people on the east coast, does the digital game unlock at 12am EDT or 3am PDT?

Turns out the Gamestops in my area (North Florida) aren’t doing midnight releases...

I fear that we will get preload around noon GMT. They should allow preload as soon as they take funds from the wallet :(
 
blargh, I'm so conflicted!

I ordered from amazon to be delivered tomorrow but it still hasn't shipped so I'm not sure if it will arrive, OR I can go to a gamestop tonight but risk it being sold out

OR I can just say fuck it and buy it digitally, but not be able to sell it :(

I'm in the EU and downloaded from the US store to play early, but the countdown is showing the EU time.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I've downloaded tons of games from the US store and never encountered this problem. And now, right before Bloodborne- NOT TODAY, SATAN.
 
I had it pre-ordered from GameStop but they're not doing a midnight release, so I opted to cancel and and go digital. It's downloaded and ready to go for tonight.

Anyone had their game ship yet from Amazon? Starting to get concerned. Usually they ship this stuff out by mid-afternoon for next day release delivery.

Supposedly it'll be fine. Log back onto your US account and let the timer run out and then it'll work on the EU account. That's what people have been saying anyway, I'm in the same situation so I'm hoping they're right.

I think it depends on your proximity to a distribution center. I was told that since I live about 30 minutes away from a center, they'd notify me later on in the day. I also got the ce and haven't gotten any shipping notification yet. I wouldn't worry too much though.

Mine shipped an hour ago. They actually combined it with something else. So now I am getting my phone a day earlier.

Here's hoping that's the case too. I'm already anxious as heck and having to wait another day would be a major bummer.

I am only concerned due to the fact that my friend and I who work together both preordered the CE and his shipped today. Mine has not. We live in the same town, and because this would be the fourth(!) time Amazon has missed release date delivery for me for some reason. I bought Prime and I've had like 5 orders, four games, that did not get delivered in two days.

Jumping into chat with them to see what's up.

Nothing to worry about, I buy all my games on the US store and i'm in the UK.

As soon as it unlocks on your US account you will be able to play it on your EU/UK account :)
 
I have the disc version installed. Can I start preloading the digital version and still use the disc version? Will there be two separate installs of the game?

If it doesn't unlock, delete the game and redownload as the game will officially be out and will therefore not require unlocking
 
Amazon guy upgraded me to 1 day shipping and then said "but it will still not arrive tomorrow".

Amazon, you're killin' me! I cancelled my order, they gave me $20, but all the CEs at stores around here are sold out so I won't be able to nab one it looks like.
 
Do we know for sure that the rest of the game will download if you have the 5gb client and 2gb patch? Or should I be refreshing to get the rest of the game file somehow?

Once you download the client, if you press the options button and information it shows you how much you have downloaded and how much will be downloaded
 
This marks the first time Amazon has screwed up Release-day delivery for me. They combined my Bloodborne order (from June last year) with another item that I ordered, which changed the shipping method to two-day, which means it won't show up until Wednesday. I sent them an angry e-mail.

Considering just going digital and sending it back to them when it shows up.

Try doing chat, and not an email. If you're fast, there's a chance they can still fix it and get it shipped out today.

I'm in on the EU waiting for pre-load.

When checking out it did say that pre-load is expected for March 24th so I will check tomorrow morning.
