IGN has already said their review is in progress which means it won't be assigned a score, yet somehow you know what the reviewer will give it before they are even finished.

When you make statements like that you should be confident in your "source" and be prepared to back it up.

Not necessarily. Presumably they have played everything there is to play, online and off, and are just waiting to see if the retail servers offer the same experience. So theoretically they could have decided the score if all bodes well. But my spider senses are still very much tingling on this one...

You can't make statements seem fact. The way to avoid that for future is say I believe, I guess, assuming, praying, hoping , wishing a certain thing happens. But if it is a blanket statement then your pretending to be a insider without being verified leads more trouble in the future.
