Silly question, but you save the game by touching a lamp, right? Or do you have to return to the dream?
That's a real shame. Is it really that long?
Anyone get stuck in a corner or something of the like? Got stuck inside the house after the werewolves....between the two bookshelves.
Have we figured out yet what the trigger is to allow you to purchase the other weapons? Died to Cleric and want to try something different.

I think it's the items you get after beating bosses that enable you to buy more stuff at home base.

You can never warp back to where you were exactly.
Whenever you go back to the Hunter's Dream, you can only teleport back to the lanterns. Whenever you do this, all of the enemies respawn (except bosses). It's like the bonfires in Dark Souls. Anytime you would use a bonfire, it "refreshes" the area.
You will go through areas multiple times. Only go back to the hunter's dream when you have something you need to do, ideally fortify weapons or level up. That way, when you go back to the area, you are stronger and it's easier to make it through. You'll start to memorize the areas because you'll play through them a lot, so subsequent runs become easier just because you'll learn attack patterns and enemy placement.
Hang in there!
About emotes, try holding X and shaking the control.

I chose to believe the long load-times were built into the game in order to give the player a brief respite from the game before being pulled back in.
That, and bathroom breaks.
Holy shit I am getting wrecked byextremely hard. I have been just trying to avoid all the enemies and dropping from a ledge (which I need to heal afterwards) just to get to the fight faster after dying. Any tips?Gyula, the gatling gun dude
Same thing for me!!!Motherf$#&#$"%"#$"#& finally beat the first boss, first try but getting there took like a million tries haha
People last night were able to buy the other trick weapons without even passing the first boss, so that doesn't seem right.
