Anybody know how to get this item in the Cathedral area?
It's driving me insane.
You have to go to the Healing Chirch Workshop, instead of going up, drop down to a secret area. Just naturally progress through the next area and you'll get the item.

Early bosses are more difficult than some of the mid-later bosses.I see a few folks talking about how easy the bosses are, yet there are dozens of folks struggling with numerous early bosses.
I am a Souls vet and am struggling. Did Cleric Beast in 1 shot, but I think it was luck. Father Gasciogne took way more attempts than I am willing to admit. Everyone says bosses immediately after are more difficult.
As of now, I find Bloodborne way harder than any other Souls game I have played. Maybe that changes later, but the difficulty is there.
Cleared the sixth boss, tried a bit of, calling it for the night. Man, the second half of the previous area, theByrgenwerth, takes ages and ages to clear if you want all the items and is kind of a slog. The first half is cool, though.Forest
Where is the Healing Church Workshop? I beat Vicar Amelia, by the way if that's needed
Which sucks because the actual gameplay of PVP is great.
Hey guys, any good farming spots for Echoes (or Shards) earlyish game? I've beat the first three bosses, have access to the fourth, and can also go to the first Lamp on the second Headstone. I want to upgrade some weapons.
I'm fightingand can you do something about those fire balls or do i just have to deal with it?The Reborn One
Asked yesterday and nobody replied, now that more people have finished or are further on, thatfrom the trailers / images, is that a boss?giant disgusting spider latched to a tower
The parry window must be tighter than I think or just buggy. Even after getting the shot off correctly, sometimes R1 does a normal swing.

You have to get closer to the enemy. Even with my shotgun which I parry near point blank I have to have my body touch them then press R1 for the visceral attack. The parry window must be tighter than I think or just buggy. Even after getting the shot off correctly, sometimes R1 does a normal swing.
The first boss is so annoying... I get him close to death but then I get stuck out cornered on all these fucking tombstones.
From what I can tell, it's unlocked bytelling the lady you find in Yar'Ghoul to go to the church. It's the door that's locked there, across from the old lady.

What kind of build did you use in the Souls games? I was always a light-armored melee/DEX user, and along with the faster dodging, I feel like I have a lot more hitting power here than I ever did in those games.

If you're used to action games where you would be dodging, etc shouldn't be an issue in this, right?

there is a way to get up and kill the witches summoning fireballs
Doing God's work helping people beat the third boss. Lag is kind of crazy. But, yeah, having two people makes it so crazy easy.
Strange thing is i've never seen lag in any From Software game online...You have it set to worldwide?
For someone that loves the hunter axe and wants to love kirkhammer, and that in dark souls 1/2 rolled around with greatswords, what other weapons can I expect to enjoy in Bloodborne? I've only done the first boss and i give zero fucks about spoilers
Different mechanics than other actual action games. Other actions games don't deplete stamina from using dodge or attacks. Also other games have the ability to cancel attacks into dodge, not here. Plus you can get stun locked by multiple enemies (though not nearly as bad as previous Souls games). Also other action games have vertical options for dodging as well.If you're used to action games where you would be dodging, etc shouldn't be an issue in this, right?

I wonder if the Chalice dungeon makes PvP more interesting. This game is going to go down as the worst PvP "Souls" game.
Fight Clubs will be damn near impossible to organize.
