Was it? If they'd finished up the cliffhanger with Barry stopping the tidal wave and then arresting Weather Wizard, then Cold and his Rogues would have still showed up and the episode would have continued mostly the same. Sure Cisco wouldn't have been around to build their guns, but that doesn't seem like the hardest issue to get around (Cold said he disassembled his gun a bunch of times and knew how it worked, couldn't he just rebuild his own?).

And the only thing we as the audience know about Wells from the past episode was that he can make a copy of himself, he's from over 100 years in the future, and he's really desperate to get back to his time, right? This week's episode already reused the "vibrating punch" on the reporter guy, so we still know he can do that even without last weeks episode.

I'm glad Cisco isn't dead anymore since I like his character, I've just seen too many shows get bogged down with shitty time travel retcons. Misfits would conveniently do that in the first few seasons whenever something really crazy happened (very inconsistently though), Eureka did that kind of thing at least twice with varying success, and the final season of Fringe basically never happened thanks to time travel.

Speaking of which, I was talking with a friend about this, and he pointed out that the guy was already sitting next to the wall, so how the hell did RF know to aim so low to punch through his chest from behind? What was he really aiming for?

If The Flash can see Norman McCay hiding in an invisible spectrum of reality, surely Zoom can do the same.

But that runs against my "flubbed vibrating dick grab" theory, so I can't 100% agree.

Seriously, Oliver's going to get his ass handed to him. Ronny will last longer. RF will probably vibrate through his device and fuck it up.

Secret is too big, wouldn't surprise me it goes wide and everywhere reports it without fear. Might also explain the schedules being out of sync.
 
I really hope the reverse flash isn't finished with this season. I really, really enjoy the characters (and Wells too) and would like to see him be the villain again some other time (or a recurring one maybe).

Too much might make it worse I suppose. Slade is my fav villain, he had his season and it was great. Look at what Malcom does now..
 
expected everything to get wiped away by lol time travel, so whatever.

the cisco stark shit is whatever, science bitch.

but man the delivery/dialogue of the hot/cold guys is horrific.that's what bothers me the most. Spartacus' performance last week beat the brakes off both these guys.
 
It has to be Ollie accepting the offer of sorts because remember Wells being surprised what happened to Ronnie? It seemed as if Firestorm doesn't exist in the timeline he had come from, and only survived due to his intervention. So if Barry saved his mother and the timeline shifted, Ronnie wouldn't be Firestorm, or at least have the device to keep him stable.
