Haha, that's the problem then. Of course you'll run out if you aren't picking any up to replenish.

It's always how I coop in these games. Usually when people are ready to fight the boss they just run through the area and don't kill enemies. I rarely help people with the area itself.

I am at 50 hours and I think I have beaten 7 bosses

I just finished it after ~41 hours and wtf?
:D

I seem to have triggered some super deluxe ending where I kill the Moon Presence and become a god myself YEAH! What does that even mean?

Should I join her covenant or the religious dudes? Is it possible to do both within one run through?
I joined. I heard that you can still talk to the religious dudes and they won't even notice when you talk to them. You can send the religious dude to the castle and he'll kill your queen, lol. And you can revive her later. I don't know if you can join the religious covenant, however.

Judging from this poorly auto-translated news item, it looks like it fixes an issue with multiplayer and getting the Lunarium Key in Byrgenwerth. Maybe it also fixes issues with elevators locking people out of areas too.

I'm only going from the auto-translate as I can't read Japanese, but it seems to imply that this is the only thing addressed by the patch, and it contains no other fixes.

Note that this news item was posted a few days ago, so may not be up to date if other stuff went in the patch.

Game is updating?

I do agree that the warping is kinda stupid as are the load times but the Vial situation in the long run is a non factor especially when can get like 99 stacked up. Having 20 vials on you against a boss makes many bosses a lot easier than they should be.

I'd way rather have an estus flask that capped at 10 than the ability to grind out infinite potions. I hate grinding and anything that slows the game down more than you'd believe. I play the souls games by running past most of the enemies, so anything that makes me feel like I should go to the same place multiple times killing three dudes over and over is infuriating.

Suicide running for high level areas/items at lower levels is a little harder now that you can't block, but that's fine.

If it fixes coop I'll be a happy hunter.

I was invading earlier and suddenly my character appeared to leave the world for no reason and the game didn't acknowledge it at all. The camera stayed in place and I disappeared, couldn't do anything. I had to exit the game to fix it, but it's okay now. Seems like a really weird bug.

Patch is already confirmed to be just for the game breaking bug and other minor fixes. the loading/performance is gonna take longer.

Sorry to ask again but should I tackle the
Unseen Village
at Lvl 39? Seems pretty tough. I haven't visited the
Forbidden Woods
yet and just beat the
Cathedral boss
.

No, just find the lamp post and get out of there.

Ok, a few questions.

1. How do I save in this game?

2. I heard you lose blood echoes if you die, and permanently if you die twice in a row. I have 709 blood echoes, should I just buy one of the armour pieces available that are 500 each, or can I just find them in the world as a drop item?

3. How do I upgrade my characters stats?

Hypogean Gaol with the sack dudes? Farm the fuck out of it i'd say.

Its doable at 39, though you need to take them on with caution. They are the only ones that drop twin stones at that point in the game afaik. Great items are to be found around that area too.

I'm very close to the end but interested in doing all the Chalice dungeons. Does it matter if I finish the game and go into the Chalice dungeons in NG+? Will the items disappear or the dungeons scale to be more difficult?

Hoping patch fixes duping, personally. I don't like the idea of people doing in 1 minute what it should take a hundred hours to do.

The download started at 2.57GB for me and it is ending at 2.689.

I think it's just a 100 MB or so hotfix to the original patch.

Version 1.02 notes:

Fixes the issue of not being able to obtain the "Lunarium Key" once the user partakes in online multiplayer as a co-operative guest by using the "Small Resonant Bell" or as a hostile guest by using the "Sinister Resonant Bell" in the area, "Forbidden Woods".

Bug fixes.

Yea its nothing big, just fixes that Lunarium key glitch and a bunch of other "bug fixes". Also, when I went to update, 2.5gb were already downloaded for some reason, so it went really fast, almost as if part of this update was already on my PS4. Still bug fixes are nice, and I think they said the load time patch will be around next week.
