Since I'm still giddy about finishing I'll rank the bosses from hardest to easiest:

So I just got to B

area and the enemy designs in this game. Oh God.

For a while, the
sack men
were the real enemies of Bloodborne for me.

So I'm heading off to fight the final boss and get the true ending. Any tips for
both of them
?

Also, the Chalice stuff seems kind of neat. Straight up plain dungeon crawling, although the loot has been disappointing and it seems like it might suck trying to find all of the different blood level stuff. Seems like it has potential though. Can't wait till I hit some of those tier 4 chalices.
 
So um, what did I get myself into? Went back into that town and found an elevator. Stumbled upon
Vicar Amelia and died. Respawned and as soon as I exited the ward a sack dude was in a corner waiting for me. Do they come after me now? ;-; I am super scared.

I did NF before finishing FW! No consequences as far as I can see. And you can access B as soon as you find the cave shortcut in FW. Sorry, on my phone now so just using initials.
 
Could someone list all the mandatory bosses for me? I just wanna see if I can race through NG+ and get to the end.

While not ideal you could try to rush to the next lamp.
Just gun it until you open the door, inside go up the right stairs and into the middle raised form to skip the spiders, run past the hunter in the next area and you'll see weird midget things walking around you can avoid. To the right is an elevator that goes to another lantern.

See but what is considered a beast, stuff like the wolves are obvious, but what about the guys in the forbidden forest that sprout snake heads? Or what about the guys with the cleavers, wtf are those lol?

The N
ightmare Frontier
might be my favorite area of enemy designs. They are like...the true eldritch horrors of this game. Just ran through scared outta my shit from those...floppy tentacle starfish corpse-mouth poison guys the whole time.

Then who turns out to be the boss?

Amygdala

I lost my shit because holy shit is that the scariest design in this game, especially when it's responsible for you being brought to the
Nightmare Frontier.
As far as bosses go, it wasn't the hardest I've fought by far but it was super enjoyable and still tense since it hit like a fucking brick factory.

Loved that whole section. It's like...surreal, crazy insanity. Best part?

Amygdala is fucking invisible until your Insight is high enough

Cleric Beast, Gascoine, Vicar Amelia, Shadow of Y, Rom, The One Reborn, Micolah, The wet nurse.
I'm pretty sure those are the only ones you absolutely have to fight.

You either need the Hunter's Emblem from CB's badge or BSB's chalice to unlock the path to the grand cathedral. Emblem for the front gate, or the chalice for the workshop tower (drop down the pit to the streets, come up and pull the lever to open the gate).
 
Did not realize there was such a big difference between a +8 weapon and a +9 weapon
Leveled up my sword and wrecked

Having a 10% stamina rune AND a 15% stamina rune helps too

Yeah, I don't blame you. If you want I could make a video of the sprint path so you know what to expect, lol.
