Surprised that an infinite Echoes glitch still exists. I stumbled upon it on YT.

Basically you kill all the dogs in the cages in the woods (and avoid the trap to the right of them), then run back to the clinic and run around the tables past the first lamp.

For some reason the game keeps handing out echoes when you pass a certain table.

Is it a notable amount of echoes? Or just like a few hundred each time...?

I'm in the same spot. You can parry them which can make it much easier. But your timing has to be perfect as they can grab you if you parry too late, even if you hear the parry sound.

I finished my first run of Bloodborne last night. I've been reading all morning and still have a ton of questions. Hopefully, a second playthrough will supply more answers.

Also, while we've had several "rank the Souls games" threads in the past I would be interested to know what the community thinks of Bloodborne contextually. I would say that it's the strongest of the series in specific ways while possibly being the weakest in others. Right now, it's pretty much tied with Demon's Souls for me for my second favorite overall, but NG+, chalice dungeons, and PvP (what's up with the lack of invasions?) could help it break away.

Depends on your choices regarding the endings later. It could be the last boss if you choose an option for a specific ending.

No hyperbole. I'm 32 and I've been gaming since more like 8, and I'd give it a similar assessment. This is one of those games I think I've been waiting to see most of my life, delighted to see it finally all came together.

Depth is difficulty. Most have 3 layers, but some have 4 from what I've seen
